The last necklace. Those foil beads are beautiful, can certainly understand your dilemma.
I really want to do it justice so I’m going to keep to the original pins and use the exact caps from broken necklaces I’ve saved- hopefully will have enough! Thanks so much for watching LH!
All the necklaces are beautiful! I love the Neiger but my favorite is the beautiful necklace that you made ❤❤❤❤
Oh thank you so much Pam :) thank you for watching and always commenting ♥️♥️
The necklaces are gorgeous as usual. I guess I am a little bit biased but I especially love the necklace that you made with us together on the live show. I also really love the way the clasp extender turned out that you made with our input!! That king silver antique brooch of the guy holding the animal was super cool!!
Thanks Curry! That was so fun and I love how it turned out too! I keep seeing peas with the green beads lol. Yeah the Assyrian brooch might be the oldest piece of jewelry I have actually!
Hey Hannah, I hope all's well and happy with you?! These beads and necklaces are incredible. I collect semi precious stone, glass and early plastic beaded necklaces. I have a huge collection so i'm loving seeing these beautiful strings of beads. They are definitely my jam! 📿📿📿 Really enjoying your nice, relaxing content. 🥰✌️
Oh I bet you have a wonderful collection! I also love old plastic jewelry! I’m so so glad you are here and enjoy my videos, thank you so much Lizzi!
My favorite was the gold faux alexandrite ring 💕
Thank you so much for watching Nicky!!
I agree with your husband 😊 Sapphire will always have 6 points if the white stones test more than glass likely white topaz or spinel, white Sapphires will test near diamond
Thanks for confirming Dana! My husband surprises me with what he knows about jewelry lol. The small stones are testing more than glass but not near diamond, so good to know, thank you so much Dana!
11:53 the style of engraving or chase work is called Baroque 😊 lovely watch
Oh thank you!!
Those foil glass beads ❤❤❤
Right?? They are amazing! I still can’t get over how much work these beads must take.
@@Hannah-FleursDeMontagne and the faceting!
Beautiful pieces! I think my favorite are the faceted foil beads. I have never seen that style before and they are stunning. The pietra dura mosaic is charming! I've only had one and I sold it. I'm not sorry I sold it, but I'll probably hold on to the next one I find.
Thank you Elizabeth! Oh I would love a Pietra dura piece, that’s on my list to to add! Yes those foil beads are really unique even with all the wear I love them- thanks so much for being so sweet and leaving me comments :)
I really like the foil bead necklace that you shared last. Maybe you could find enough vintage or antique end caps to replace them one day. That is always a dilemma, it seems. Because you would be fixing a problem-rust/tarnish, and keeping true to the design, it wouldn't be so bad to restring it. (imho)
I agree Pattie! I do have a little stash of the exact bead caps, they seemed to be a popular choice in that era. I actually think I have some broken thread necklaces with more of these caps and then hopefully I will have enough! Thank you so much for watching!! (I sent you an email)
I have a ring with a large yellow sappire. It was my first valuable find in a Goodwill blue box. Comps back when I got it were around $600, but I can't bring myself to sell it. It reminds me to always look for the value in not only things, but primarily in people too. ♡
I love the Soviet Union ring, because of the history. Lovely pieces, and so nice of your husband to get you beautiful jewelry!
That’s a really awesome find!! Do you have it in a video you posted? I’d love to see! I do have a few very valuable pieces that I just can’t part with yet. That’s such a nice sentiment! I’m so mesmerized by that ring, holding on for a little while! He has bought me some nice things, he has great taste! Thanks again Misty 😊
@@Hannah-FleursDeMontagne I think I actually found it in a video. I'll see if I can find that one. But I do wear it in a lot of my videos. I'll find one and link it here in your comments, if that's ok with you!
@@MistyAtSkeeterJones that’s fine! UA-cam might not allow links in comments? If it doesn’t work maybe tag me in the comments of your video.
@Hannah-FleursDeMontagne okay, if it doesn't work, I'll do that. But I have read in the user terms that you can link videos within UA-cam; the problem is linking things that take someone out of UA-cam to another site. This is a short, that says in big script, "Available!" Of course, I have changed my mind on that. 😅

Just starting... can't wait to find out if that red and yellow piece is cinnabar! So after watching, I remember when you had that in another video. Still so pretty, I remember what you'd said about using the cotton thread. I really like that piece, and the foil bead piece. I'm torn on whether I'd say restring or leave as-is on the foil beads. 🤔
Hi Misty! All I could think was ketchup and mustard with those beads 😆 They are so brightly colored. Someone else suggested finding more similar bead caps and redo it. I have some of the exact same caps just not enough yet. Im sure I’ll find more and redo it and try to reuse the wires, I want to make it as close as the original I figured. Thanks so much for watching :)
16:33 Peking (pee-king) glass was made to emulate Jade ❤
Oh yes, not Pek- lol. That makes more sense it’s supposed to look like Jade- thanks for the info!
