It's laughable for them to say that they want to set a good example for their children. They cheated on their husbands, broke their marriage vows, uprooted their children's lives, and then made them help pick up the pieces. Both of the mothers should make their children equal shareholders with themselves for everything they had to go through to make the business a reality.
