The lady in the end made a huge mistake by asking “would you be interested in doing 15%?” She should’ve said “20% is a little too high for us, we would be more comfortable at 15%”. Asking Kendra that way was basically saying we will take 20 but would you do 15.

I have been thinking about this for the longest time, not for this particular episode in particular.
There have been several episodes in the past where I thought they were so coincidental.
But if you deep sea dive into it; all these products/services do their first round through the show's executive's,
and if they pass, they get put on the show, correct. So, I'm sure their process of screening, scheduling,
and air the entrepreneurs with whatever set of shark panel is randomly scheduled but in the rare instance,
could be coincidental scheduled as well.
If you rewind, the face the guy makes when she walks in and plants her feet on the presentation stage,
he might have already known she was here, I wouldn't be surprised. The show is heavily edited,
give them the benefit of the fact that perhaps that the huge chunk that was edited out wasn't them talking a bit more about business school or negotiating, and so forth.
Rigged or Not it's their money! And Shark Tank is for entertainment so you can say perhaps some of these are pre-scripted. But I don't care.. lol

Can anyone explain in simple terms the difference between shares and advisory shares?
Advisory shares don't give voting rights when regular shares will. When you give advisory shares you're basically paying for advice with stake in the company instead of cash. But the stake doesn't have all traditional aspects of stakeholders.
There's obviously a lot more to it than that. But that's part of the biggest difference.

Sandcastle should’ve went with Daymond. Licensing was the move here, it’s going to be difficult to build a brand with the behemoths in the toy industry. They’ll do all the hard work if you license it, and keep 75% of a nice side business
Damond and Mark are right. They will need a lot of money before they can make anything out of this that will be huge. The big companies out there won't let them shine.

So hypothetically she’s just adding to a landfill

And thats if its turned

But nonetheless there are better alternatives
Ive always been concerned with plastic consumption

And we just sewed all our own swaddles

Usually when i make purchases(if i can) i spend a giant lump sum on an investment that will give me indefinite returns…..
