What happened to episode 1
in system that have an inner world do things happen inside it only when nobody is doing anything in the outer world or is it like a "parallel" world where alters are conscious meanwhile someone else is fronting?
In our system the alters have a life of their own in the headspace, and share one outside in the body/physical world. When an alter fronts, they are physically removed from inside, and put into the front to interact with the physical world. Once they step out from fronting, they are put back where they were in the headspace without harm or change.
Do you not have the birds anymore?
No they caused triggers to rise up, and we couldn't properly take care of them when they were making us hyperventilate
