Aussie fan here, but how is this bloke not a Rugby League immortal yet? Single handedly grew and galvanised the game in NZ. One of the best to do it.

Stacey Jones still lives in Pt Chevalier and supports his local junior/premier side the Pt Chev Pirates. Stacey could always conjur up the razzle dazzle when needed. to me he is proof we have the talent here in NZ

He kicked Andrew Johns' arse every single time. You are off your head if you think Johns was better than Jones. Line up the highlights side-by-side and you'll see who was the best.
Fantastic interview! In a way I hope he never coaches the Warriors just so we never get that sour taste on him if things don’t go well. He would make a great next Kiwi’s coach though!
