The buffer won't start spinning unless you give it a turn with your hand and then it starts and goes okay is there a capacitor that kicks the power to make it starts spinning help please
Yes there is a capacitor on most of them, its under that big cylindrical cover on the side. Do you have a multimeter that has that ability to test them?
