Hi again: Guess I'm watching your abalone and then this video of sandy turtle. Your extras are just darling. If you're in Florida, tourist should go nuts
over these items. My sunroom in Colorado Springs is tropical with lighthouses and fishies. Assuming you just glue on a magnet on back of the
little pieces. You should do a craft show... The above turtle mold I have and I did a glittery sky blue one (simple) and his tail came out great also.
You make me want to replenish my resin. Thanks for great ideas...Linda in Colorado Springs...We have bears, deer and raccoons. You'd think your alligators would climb onto grass and bite someone! Yikes Linda
Thanks for watching!! I don't have time for craft shows so I sell my demo's at cost just to move them out of my house. Yes I just use E6000 glue to adhere the tiny magnets on the back and it works great. I hope you replenish your resin for sure! And the alligators never have bothered anyone in my community, I've read stories of other communities not being so lucky though....

Julie @Pouring Your Heart Out has an amazing turtle mold, but it's crazy expensive. Plus getting it from Australia adds a lot of $. I wish someone had one without all the designs in it. Yours turned out great ❤

It came out so pretty. Me to. I dont like the shape in the middle either. I was thinking make the turtle and sand of the shapes you dont like and then make another mold. Now it might make those parts Matt so I think you have to spray something to make it shine. I dont know but that's something I would do. That's why I never got the mold. Now I'm thinking that I should get it and sand those parts of and make another mold. What do you think? I'm going too subscribed to you. Many blessings
That’s a great idea! I do have liquid silicone to do that. Just put a clear coat of resin on it first to make the mold shiny. Thanks for watching 😊

I was wondering if you could put a thin layer of resin into the bookmark mold and lay the finished ones back side down to get the holographic on both sides.

Another stunning creation would love to see it done in the bright coloured abalone shells 😊 so jealous we can’t get shells in bulk like that here in uk so would cost to much to make a piece like this 😢

Dumb question, here. Maybe? But does the sand HAVE to be crafting sand, or can it be like… sand from the actual beach, or from the yard? You know, as long as it has a bit of density to it?
Sure! You can use any sand! I was almost going to use sand from my local beach Siesta Key! The ONLY reason I didn’t was because that sand is too white and I wanted the “sandy” color on this piece. Have fun and experiment! 😊Thanks for watching!
