the previous wr was probably 118 by meme on May 24, though hydrant has the closest thing to a leaderboard for this and only knew of his 122. there's not that many people who have cleared it at all, so I'm pretty sure that 99 is the wr.
to play this, you would need Tetris Gym, a patch which modifies the classic NES image to have more features github.com/kirjavascript/TetrisGYM
