this 30 wide version of nestris is one of zohassadar's creations. it was featured in hydrant's most recent anytourney, which allows custom das settings. even still, I was the only player who could play more than a couple tetrises on 19. one missed skillstop results in a stack that's nightmarish to fix, and adding height on 19 only makes it harder.

I actually don't think I was playing very well at all today. I built a lot of wells and waited to get bailed out by I pieces. But, my fundamentals were good, and what is big mode if not gambling?

played 2024-05-24. spent an entire day fiddling with nestrischamps to see if I could get the render to work out. running the video through it at 1/3 speed gave me the best results, but I know the disappearing S right before level 23 could result in some confusion later.
