This confirms a lot for me. I would always wake up maybe like 3 or 4 times before falling asleep but then I decided do things to make the temperature colder in the room and it helped a lot. Honestly, this stuff should be taught in early life because just that concept would vastly improve peoples lives.
I had a friend that used to go to sleep riding a motorbike, h used to just ride close to the lorry in front just getting closer so I had to ride up alongside him and sound my horn to wake him from it, don't know what would have happened if I let him carry on, never risked it.
