Ok, thanks for the feedback. For these lounges in particular, there is no access with premium economy tickets. However, if you have virgin Australia gold status or Singapore airlines krisflyer gold or star alliance gold, it is possible to access. Otherwise, there are paid lounge access in some lounges. You can search for them in priority pass
