I have the 502x its been a great wee bike in over a year i have 5000 put on her and it does everything i ask ,not a total power house but capable, comfortable and well able to keep up on the motorway with more if needed ,build quality is very good also given the price point, all in all i love this bike prce wise its a steal for what you get
had 2 previously ... I cannot think of a bike out there for touring that is better value for money ... if you are happy to sit at around 75 - 80 mph but comfort is massively important ... then it cant be beat, superb bikes in the real world
I have one, really you're assuming things, the bike I have has never given me one bit of bother, comment if you know something about the bike and stop being a know it all and a bike snob, everyone out there is doing their thing regardless, I have no intention of getting rid of the bike, being a biker that has ridden and owned all makes of bikes I can't fault it for build quality and reliability, price wise it's as steal and one of the best selling bikes in Europe
I Got mine September last year, same colour with all the touring kit, never looked back, people will get a huge surprise riding it, honestly go for a test ride, you won't be disappointed.
I bought the benelli trk 702X after researching the reliability of these 502s absloutly love mine best value for money adventure bikes on the market nearly pulled the trigger on a honda transalp until i test rode the 702X exactly same feeling saved myself £3000 absolutly no regrets and a £3000 saving whats not to like about these bikes 👍👌🏍💨
Is it really a reliable bike ? Because we always thought chineese bikes will brake down down the the road, isn't this rhe case anymore? Bcz for the price and looks, this bike is amazing
I have 15K on my 2022, and have ridden it all over multiple terrain. I put a temp sensor in it, and other than that only maintenance. Been a very good bike. Lots of high quality accessories for it too, like luggage, skid plate, racks, various lights, etc. My fog lights are switched to the normal bar switches, and they're great. It's a tiny bit top heavy, but that's not been an issue so far. The only thing I didn't like was the original tires on it. But I wore them out, and put a tiny bit more aggressive tire on there for the rocks I have to deal with in Ecuador.
But it redlines at 9k rpm and the bsa is a 650 i presume. 6k rpm isn't too high if it still has another 3k to go. I had the himy and liked it, but i do say the benelli holds 70mph a lot better than the himy did. Cheers.
@@danwilson5947 First 9krpm is nothing if you are only doing 40/50mph,, at 6000revs my BSA is doing over 100mph..Its not the revs you are doing ,,its the power and torque it is producing,,, My BSA does 4500 at 70 but will lose speed on an uphill, but come the down hill ,it will do whatever speed you want (reasnably)..I test rode a bennelli as I like the look,, but I did not like the motor,,gutless all top end ..sorry Dan the benelli ai,nt for me..But we are all different,,(my BSA will still eat that Benelli for breakfast)
235kg not a chance of me owning one. The resale value is enough reason not to buy one. If i were to buy a chinese bike it would either be the Voge DSX525 or the Rieju Adventure 500
The weight vanishes as soon as it is moving, it handles brilliantly, the non X version is a real road going tourer, I did 1500 miles around Wales, England and Scotland and was way more comfortable than my buddies, the weather protection in storms is the best of any bike I have owned.
@@ChrisWeaving I totally understand where you're coming from. But bike sales are seriously stalling, in 3 years I'd say it will be given away as a dealer won't touch it in 3 years.

Do you think it’s a good choice for a mature beginner?
100% 👍
@@stevedriver1376 why
Depends on what you want the bike for, as with age, big heavy bikes become less fun.

100% and the price at the moment is incredible 👍
Depends on the manufacturer, Benelli and CfMoto are quite good

How do you think UK will respond to USA putting 100% levy on Chinese import
I’m not sure 🤔 hopefully this won’t happen.
i am comparing this bike to the voge DSX525 do you ?

My question too. What are your thoughts
Same here 525 DSX or the Benelli? This bike seems a lot taller and heavier up top?
Yo, why was the rear wheel rotate a little when you rev? This shouldn't happen in neutral.
Nice looking bike
Haha 70mph 6000rpm wow my Himalayan at 70 is at 5000rpm and my BSA at 70 is doing 4500.....6000 is miles too high for long distance cruising.

If you own one of these for 3 years you will lose a lot less than if you own one of the big brand bikes over a 3 year period £££

@@VisorView off road it's a real lump. It's just too heavy for my needs.
I'm not saying it's a bad bike.
