this appeared in my recommended, and I love it, it bring up memories of lets plays of old, or smaller streamers, but is edited very well for the low attention span of this decade.
When you wanted to be a merchant but your parents forced you to study alchemy 😂 insane strats to a casual player. Was wondering how much suffering the suffering is and truly i would rather just witness it than try it myself. Love the vids keep it up ❤
I love that you're literally playing the potion maker from the "I'm going into battle and I need your strongest potions" meme. Like this wizened, old af hermit alchemist turning away novice adventurers because "they cannot handle my strongest potions" and only selling to other experienced merchants.
I wish I could be this amazing at video games, especially on hard difficulties. You make this look like some effortless thing that any primate could do and if I went to go do it, I'd likely fail immediately. 10/10, I subscribed so I can continue to feel inferior.

@@peglin5117 haha, don’t worry that’s a requirement to complete the path, mostly do that cause it was not worth it and I had already hit popularity 7 for a decent chunk of the path requirements
I've compleated the first 8 chapters on suffering, and chapter 5 was definitely the most grindy so far, though mainly because I bought both the pond, first cave, a shit ton of seeds, and paper, as well as the alchemy machine upgrade and salt recipe ofcourse
Sounds about right, good luck on your run I knew seeds were really important early, so I focused hard on the garden. I only had 4 hours on this save after this episode. I am trying to play as fast as I can without messing up too badly so i have less work editing
I'm going through suffering right now. The most effective potion to sell to merchants (the price of the potion divided by the number of ingredients) It's a necromancy potion. I already have an upgrade of the alchemy machine, considering that I was very unlucky with the seeds, and I have much fewer ingredients.
Hey, if you care about squeezing the most out of your ingredients, you better make the recipes with even number of ingredients of each type. When you have a recipe made of 3 types, 1 each, maxxed bulk brewing of 5 will use 3x3 (because 1x5 base * 50% is rounded up to 3). If you have used 2 tangleweeds for your new bonemeal instead of 1 tangleweed + 1 waterbloom, you would need 5 tangleweeds vs 3 tangleweeds and 3 blooms for a batch of 5. At least in the long run that would be better, but for now I totally understand that you don't have enough tangleweed yet. And actually, tangleweed is a better ingredient to spam whenever possible because it does not compete for "ground" and is also less usable in tricky situations due to the loops.
I plan to try to optimize my recipe book more once I have better ingredients, but as for your point about 1 of each(called highlander) I have 14 ingredients to work with in my save right now... not always possible
I want longer videos but considering how much time it takes to water and bonemeal everything I cant bring myself to ask for this, it's painful have to do everything manually.
I usually try to end my video after completing a goal (path advancement, buying something ect) I imagine that later videos will most likely be longer if the game gets slower
@@Beast10x1 IF? Never finished the game but if to finish chapter 5 you need 35 thousand, I'm almost sure that philosophical stone recipe and salt must be reaching the half a million
I do like the wine base, but yea. I don’t think we are getting any more unless we get new effects as we have I think now all potions craft able without salt at t3
You, and every other creator on this platform, need to realize that once we've watched (even if we just accidently clicked on) one of your videos, UA-cam will show us more videos from you (and videos like you) on the home page. So I don't need to be subscribed in order to see your new (and even old) videos. I just go to the UA-cam home page and there's your video on the page. Magic. That to say - we don't HAVE to subscribe to you to see your videos. Would it make it easier to find your videos? Yes. Would it also mean that eventually we have hundreds of subscriptions and it becomes impossible to find things because UA-cam's notification hub sucks and our subscriber page would basically look like the home page but worse? Also yes.

I think devs should make another mode, 'true suffering', where merchants buy potions as they find a market need for and the more you want to sell they cheaper they will be, and not 200 of the same one :D that would be true suffering mode.
@@IT-ry8xt probably, I think something they missed out on is in 2.0 they changed legendary recipes to be way easier, and it is the same in suffering. I would like to see suffering have the old legendary recipes

I don't know why you bother selling individually. Why not save up 30k worth of potions then just barter them for everything you need? It saves you time haggling too!
I will probably do this for expensive purchases, I have been doing them individually as its easier to calculate bartering, doing both at the same time would make it way easier to mess up and give them way too much extra in bartering.(limited merchant gold supply only increases if you buy from them basically)
1k views in 2h30min is crazy! It's really awesome to see every video immediately hit 1/10 on my dashboard. Thanks for all the support
