I've been dealing with a PF tear for the past four months, which is significantly hindering my mobility. I recently completed four weeks of ESWT, which provides a couple of days of pain relief right after treatment. However, the overall reduction in pain is moderate. Next, I'll undergo a few weeks of physical therapy with a focus on mechanical treatments, such as massage. Afterwards, considering PRP. Interested in your experience using PRP for PF tears. Thanks for the solid information.

Did they show that patients were able to reduce weight with education on weight loss? Did they ask patients whether it was beneficial for them to hear about weight loss?
