I have mixed emotions about this one. When the Physiatrist lrescribes patients 10 sessions on Italian NHS, I often feel like there's not much I can do except maybe in the first session (education and teaching stretching as you also pointed out), so I'm glad that I got it right but not really sure what to do with the other 9 sessions (In Italy only doctors can do shockwave). But the taping was a new suggestion I was unaware of so thank you!
Did they show that patients were able to reduce weight with education on weight loss? Did they ask patients whether it was beneficial for them to hear about weight loss?
this is just putting a plaster on a wound, because the shoes one wears is what contributes to plantar fasciosis. You can have all the shock therapies, but you will have to live on them for life if you don't rid yourself of the narrow shoes.
I'm a physiotherapist from Srilanka. Thank you for the informative videos
Very kind of you! Thank you!

Shockwave therapy is very effective for recalcitrant plantar fasciitis.
Absolutely!
