I like Southbridge but it is way too expensive. My business is literally right across the street from Southbridge and I love the houses but I don’t believe they are worth the price.

I just want to make sure do you have to pay taxes if you live in Pooler Georgia a friend of mine told me you don't have to pay taxes in Pooler and garden City Georgia and Port Wentworth but in Savannah you do pay taxes

I think you are referring to Savannah City Taxes...yes that's true. But you have to pay County Taxes and school taxes regardless of the area.

I can have other people (residents) talking about it. But me, as a realtor, am not allowed to give opinion of Schools Ratings. But that information is all online though.. google “Chatham County GA School Districts Rating”

That one is very hard to answer. I mean there’s LGBT in every neighborhood. There’s also good people and people that aren’t as good in every apartment building in the area.

@@livinginsavannah yea I guess it can be tricky. We’re relocating, we want to make sure me don’t move to an area that’s classed as “the hood” or one that isn’t quite diverse… it’s difficult when you don’t know anyone from the state.
