My beautiful, gentle, funny Boxer crossed the rainbow Bridge just over 1 year ago at 14 years old. She was my best friend. We rescued her from a dismal situation when she was around 2 years old. She knew her life would change the day we brought her home, and she was grateful every day for this. She showered us with so much love and loyalty, funny humour, snuggles, kisses, and protectiveness for 12 years. She loved everyone and everything, and everyone who met her loved her right back. Our Boxer loved all seasons, especially playing in the snow during the winter months. I have lost family members and friends over the years, but none broke my heart in the way she did when it was time to say goodbye. There hasn't been a day when I haven't cried for her. I am still so heartbroken. 💔😭
You forgot to tell people. That they love more than anything you can and you will love them more than anything. I love my boxer more than life itself.. He was 13 when he passed. 9 11 22 I've cried every day. What I'm sayis you love them so hard that the hurt when they pass is even harder. My dog was like my son I took him every day everywhere I went. No I'm lost broken-hearted. Don't know what to do with myself without him. I'm sure every boxer owner that is Close to their dog will feel the same.. There's the best dog ever boxer's rule......
I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your Boxer. Losing our pets is beyond heartbreaking, and pet owners totally understand the grief. Unfortunately, you will forever miss your Boxer, but time will help with the grieving process. Be well, and thanks for sharing!
I feel your pain. I lost my girl 9/1/22 due to cancer at the age of 5. It was quite sudden and by the time I found out she had cancer it was too late to try to give her more time so I could try to do the things I wanted to do with her. It took me months to want to do the things I used to do with her every day. I've since got another boxer, but I'll always miss my first one.
One thing you should know about Boxers and most other breeds. There's a thing called Litter syndrome. We never encountered it in the past because we've always bought our Boxers individually. When you buy two boxers from the same litter they tend to depend on their littermate rather than their human which can be problematic when it comes to training. You have to be aware of this and the problems that can arise if you buy two littermates. Another thing to be aware of is when one passes before the other. This can be very traumatic for littermates.
All 12 of my Boxers were littermates. Male and female and never had any of the problems of which you speak. Of course when one did die before the other it was obviously traumatic. When that occurred I gave extra love and attention to the remaining one so when they went to the great dog park in the sky they knew they were loved.
They shed but don't hold a candle to Labradors . Regarding barks: never barked except for a reason. One bark for family, different one for friends, large scary bark for strangers. No sound, just action for a true threat.
I was told the only reason that they do doctor tales. It's because of the way they do their dance and wegg so hard. Boxers have been known to break their tails more than once in door jams tables legs and so forth. That's why they docked them...
It's like the horrible trend in America for trimming ears. Both are illegal here in Australia too as both docking tails and cropping ears are seen as animal abuse here
You forgot the 1st and most important fact, the fact you will have your hart well and truly broken in 10 or 12 years, I know it's depressing comment but a boxer will impact your life like no other they are basically kids with fur coats, I'd give anything to cuddle my boy once more.
a thing worth mentioning regarding the white boxers is the recessive gene increases the likelihood of deafness. That is why white boxers are not accepted into pedigree breeding. in Europe, docking tails and cropping ears is illegal. Besides breathing problems, boxers can often have other medical issues, most commonly back problems from spondylosis, heart problems, and sometimes skin issues in the areas of flaps and wrinkles.

Boxers aren't just a dog breed are something else! Something between human and dog LOVE THEM!
Best breed in the entire universe!❤
Good service
They also slobber every where lol😂😂 i love my boxer
The bubbles 🫧 😂
The boxer running through the stubble reminded me about their "butt tuck run". 😂😂😂
I love all dogs and also boxers
DROOOOOOL
I had boxers and loved them. They are loyal, extremely intelligent and very rarely barked. By the way, every dog--unless it has no fur--sheds!

Discribing my boxer, when he's around my wife and I, he's sweet, goofy, demanding, and loving, around other people, he's a butt head.
I don't like to see a boxer dog with his tail docked
In Sweden its illegal to docked their tails
And rightly so
I understand. Thanks for leaving a comment!

White is the best colour of boxer for me

Ours was 16. Still too soon. 😢
My heart will be broken forever over my sweet, beautiful girl. It's been a devastating loss. I'd give anything to have one more day with her.

What outdated information is this? White boxers are recognized by the AKC and they also come in all black which isnt even mentioned.

For the breed
Don't tell a boxer it's not a human, it'll give you the side eye.
And judge tf out of you.
You can get black boxers to
You can't get a full blooded black boxer they don't exist if someone tells you it's full blooded and it black they are lying to you
no such thing, it's a sealed brindle.

Stop docking dogs tails, IT'S CRUEL!!!!!
I hate these AI content farm channels.
