Do I understand correctly that my weight on the supporting leg is allowed/supposed to shift slightly backwards, but that it just shouldn't shift all the way backwards onto the heel?
Graanviok, I believe I met you can shift your weight a little to the side of the supporting leg. Weight should not be to much on the heel. Maestro Greenwood
