I always feel bad when we get to the part in the video when you say “if you have watched this far…. “ I am too old and ill to move to beautiful Italy, yet watching home tours and seeing such lovely towns makes me happy. This looks like a great location. I hope someone finds a happy life in it.
I like the small bedroom. That extra space could make an excellent office. The kitchen/dining/ living room make an excellent place to spend the day; a little above the street for the air circulation and plenty of windows.
Wouldn't it make sense to turn the little shower room in the kitchen into a small powder room? Just a thought. Area would be easy to reconfigure and update. Definitely would rework the upstairs somehow to add an ensuite bathroom and make a grand master bedroom.
Ciao Fiorella and Aden, in the US a lot of homes have a powder room right off the kitchen, so having it in either spot on the main floor would be ok. The house does need some updates, but that can be down while living in it. I like the house. Thank you. Amore da N.Y.
Regarding the cameretta - In the United States we would refer to that as a "tandem bedroom" IE a bedroom whose only access is by passing through another bedroom. Another splendid tour, and a lovely home - thank you! I wish I were joining you there in Puglia!! Cheers - Peter
Those micro tub-shower things just get me every time! 😄 It's like an RV tub-shower. I'd rather just have a smaller typical square shower. Would definitely change it. Probably to the same footprint but shower only.
I should've watched the rest of the show before asking questions! Are the fake crows meant to scare off other creatures - or just decorative? Haven't seen this before.
