You sold me on this Skelegod figure, love the horns he's sporting. Can't wait to find this guy. BTW that Selects Hulk really is impressive, so far my figure of the year.
Ohhhh man been waiting for something like this to emerge! I had been wanting a second line to collect along with Gi Joe and was wanting it to be a nostalgic line. Thought about turtles, Thundercats then that He-Man origins line came and I was back and forth…should I shouldn’t I. But then as news kept coming about the new show I was like maybe lets hold off. Then I got word Super 7 was doing Silverhawks but looking at their small first wave I just wasn’t impressed. Then my new Ol’ pal KP comes through and fabulous powerful secrets were revealed to me the day he held aloft his Masterverse Skelegod and said, I have the answerrrrrrr! Im All In too man! Thanks for helping me find my new second nostalgia collection!
Update, found six on the end cap next to where all of the sky sleds are on clearance. About 30 sky sleds🤯. I loved the trailer and the Japanese anime style. Moss Man is my most wanted figure in the line, hopefully they will do a realistic moss feel🦠🦠🦠
Kevin Smith is going to ruin our childhood hero, He-Man is going to be defeated by Skeletor in a tournament in the first episode then disappear.. Teela is going to unite Eternia and get the power sword from Skeletor, He-Man and Duncan lied to Teela her whole life and will now be shamed and put in their place by Teela, all the footage in the new trailer is from the first episode then He-Man runs away.. but Mossman was one of my favorite figures as a kid so that’s cool.
I think it’s premature to immediately judge this new series before it’s even aired. This has been going around that supposedly this new series has gone all “woke” because of statements made by Kevin Smith that Teela is stepping forward as a leader as a result of what happens. Not for anything, but she was always one of the most important characters in the lore because she’s destined to become the Sorceress. Did everyone forget that there were episodes devoted to her back in the 80s? “Teela’s Quest” comes to mind. As for what actually happens, based on some things I’ve heard being theorized, I think it’s entirely plausible and more likely that Skeletor ends up acquiring the power of Grayskull (which is why Skelegod has a huge H on his chest because he has the power of He-Man) and defeats He-Man/Adam by banishing him into the past (or they believe he gets killed). The voice cast says that He-Ro is in this series. He-Ro was the champion of Eternia’s past (and depending on which canon you follow, the direct ancestor of He-Man). So my theory, based on that information, is that we’ll follow 2 main storylines: He-Ro helping He-Man/Adam reacquire the power of Grayskull and return to the present, while Teela has to discover the truth behind her heritage and lead the “Renegade” Masters of the Universe in rebellion against the new Skelegod in the present. Everything will then converge in Part 2. Btw, that “Renegade” storyline was what Season 3 of the 200x series would have been (they would have all been in hiding and on the run). I don’t know about all of you, but that kind of storyline is EXACTLY what I had always wished we had gotten back in the 80s! We also got a very similar 2-part story in Marvel’s Star Comics imprint during the mid to late 80s where Adam had to track down the power sword in the future and Skeletor rose to power because there was no He-Man to stop him for 30 years. That was one of my favorite MotU stories!
I think I'm all in on this line. That cape put that figure up a level for me.

I can't wait for Stinkor to get a new figure in the line.

Run or killed?
