You always hit the nail on the head with your profiles. I think he turned himself in not out of remorse but that he was too tired of living every day in fear of the police. Possibly he realized that his life was shit and might actually be better in prison. Who knows, but it definitely wasn't due to remorse. If that were the case, he would've sat down with police and given a FULL confession, no details left out. This pos deserves to rot in prison.

Judge Justice Cutts conducted the trial of my late ex partner Michael Allen earlier this year.
He was stabbed outside of a nightclub in Cornwall trying to save others from the same fate.
She was a wonderful Judge who imposed the sentences so eloquently, her voice haunts me to this day. Very surreal hearing her again.
Mike’s Trust is his charity if anyone would like to check out the work we have been doing in his memory to end knife crime 🖤

A very compassionate telling of an absolutely horrific crime. I wish that there was legislation that would demand that when a murderer refuses to disclose the whereabouts of a body that they should be given an additional 10+ years until the time they do disclose the whereabouts of the remains. I wonder if this legislation will ever come about.

I love that there’s no background melody on a loop and that he doesn’t say every single patreons name at the end of every upload, ruining the vibe. This case highlights the devastating long-term impacts of domestic violence and coercive control. Darren Osmond's pattern of abuse, manipulation and victim-blaming ultimately escalated to murder, robbing Claire Holland of her life just as she was turning things around. The undercover operation that finally brought Osmond to justice was brilliantly executed, but raises interesting questions about the ethics and legality of such tactics. Most heartbreaking are the effects on Claire's children, especially her daughter Rosie, who spent years hoping her mother would reappear at important events. This case demonstrates why we must take domestic violence seriously and intervene early. It also shows how abusers often use children as weapons against their partners. Ultimately, Osmond's refusal to reveal Claire's final resting place is his last cruel act of control over her and her loved ones.

The question whether he was motivated by guilt or not is an interesting one. I think that his mind bounced between some guilt and far greater self-interest from the murder to the day he was sentenced but on every occasion the self-interest was stronger - except the night be confessed when guilt got the upper hand. By the following day he was back to his standard self-interest.

Another great job man, I think that when Claire went to meet Osment that night he thought he could convince her to sleep with him but her resolve to improve her life stopped that and that would have enraged someone like Osment and he killed her as punishment by strangling her, I think he didn't cut her up, he didn't really have anywhere to do that, I think he weighted her body and put her in the river, I mean he talked about floods loosening her body but he knew he had hidden it well and as for his confession being due to remorse I'm calling BS on that, I think he had probably told someone about it that night and they had either not believed him and so in his drunk state he rang police to brag almost or the person he told had said they were gonna phone the police and tell them what he had said so he rang before they did, he's got no control over anything anymore except the finding of Claires body and he is gonna hang on to that at least until he gets out anyway. RIP Claire Holland

I really think we're now at the point with science and technology that it should be considered that we bring back the death penalty in this country

Alcohol and pornography are the biggest legal problems for young men who graduate to much worse if their “needs” aren’t met.

Can u please do one on charlie padfield. Convicted Nonce whose mum bailed him but kept working as a nursery teacher until she was exposed. North london stuff - proper hidden in plain sight pedo whose tried to groom every single parent on the estate - I'd happily provide the messages he's sent me over the 9 years (always thought He was weird which protected me and my children)

First he said he strangled her and then stabbed her. The dismemberment motions are all wrong and he makes insinuations that a whole body was thrown over not pieces. Also, he would've had to murder her in the bar he worked at and that would've been messy and a hell of a clean up. He makes no sense. I believe he killed her but the way he did it can't keep his story straight if he even remembers himself exactly how.

@evil among us, a recommendation of a case for you to look into is the case of Stephen McCallugh aka VoteSaxon07, a youtuber who murdered his pregnant girlfriend Natalie McNally. I used to watch his videos growing up, and learning of his crimes last year shook me. Since then I’ve been rewatching his videos (which are still up for some reason) and it shows concerning behaviour such as joking about violence. Currently he’s remanded in custody and has shown no remorse, pleading not guilty despite the overwhelming evidence against him. He’s set for a court appearance September this year. I’d be interested to hear your perspective on this once the court proceedings are finalised. Thanks

I very much doubt it was about the child being taken away, if it was then it wasn’t directly - e.g he was angry because he felt judged or mocked by others due to the situation, not the loss of custody itself.. and/or (as no matter the answer I feel what follows is true.. irrespective of the true reason he did it) he thinks others will “see” why he did it, as in he thinks they’ll be able to relate to his anger and presumably, while in prison, save him from the lads that are against abuse of women..
