I summoned a great old one using the Portal of Yoo Toob and lo, my prayers were answered! Just what I was looking for to give my CoC virgin players a crash course. Please don't stop (I had to half watch 3 rambling, uninformative vids before finding your blissfully on point work. bravo for brevity!

These vids were GREAT! Thanks so much for making them. I just ran my first game of CoC (and first game in about 15 years) with a group of friends and these videos were a huge aid. I was actually listening to them one last time on the drive to game night as a refresher.
A couple of extras I would love to see are magic (using & defending against) and conversion from older stats/rules to 7th ed.

I've been a DM for friends playing D&D a few times now, and I got the opportunity to play CoC at a convention with my brother a few months ago. It was so much fun, I knew I wanted to try being a keeper, but since I sort of just got the hang of d&d I was kind of confused and nervous about a new game. I'm planning a campaign now, and these videos are lifesavers for me lol, thank you so much!

This series of videos was incredibly helpful. I used it to introduce my party to the game (all new roleplayers), and have since become mildly obsessed with the game. Ive picked up both handbooks for 7th edition, nameless horrors, and been tracking down anything i can find of the older books online and locally. I love this system and these videos really helped me get started this past month with something i'm really enjoying! If your willing to make more videos of any kind, advanced rules, tips for keepers, anything at all, it would be greatly appreciated but at this time great work and thank you very much :)

Fantastic video. I haven't played Call of Cthulhu in about a decade. I've been thinking about running a campaign for my old D&D buddies, in order to give them a bit of a different type of game. I love this genre, and miss my days as a Professor of History and the Occult, trying to investigate strange findings at a small town archaeological site.

The videos really helped me and my group get started. We have tried other minor Rpg's from Fantasy Flight like End of the world and started Call of Cthulu. the main rules are 400 pages which is daunting to read and remember well this is a far more east transition while we keep learning.
This series helped clear up a few things like 1/1d6 we had no clue we thought it was some form of double damage. Along with helping understand damages to the body and mind. So yeah videos on the full edition would be amazing.

Just found your videos and watched all five last night. I must say while quite dense ,especially with the onscreen text, these videos are genuinely well done and vary informative.
I would love to see more game rules explained in this style, if you have other table-top games you enjoy and know how to play. Even the older Call of Cthulhu (pre 7th edition) rules explained would be, in my option, worth while or even a compare and contrast between the systems.
    Keep up the fantastic work.
