Me, back again. I fell ATROCIOUSLY in sin, Lust was destroying me, killing me alive. It was God's plan, because after that, I felt spiritually guilty for the last half of the day and today morning I went to my local little mountain church again after 4 months of not stepping in that church. I had a similar situation as you with Lust, it was terrible how much of a grip it had over me. I fell deep into it until God granted his grace and by his will that sinful desire has now almost completely left me, and it has become easier and easier to live without that sin. Remember to have Faith and believe that God will give us the strength to over come it!! God bless you.
St. Augustine had the same experiences...he could hardly be alone with women who were close relatives once. Yet the Lord helped him out of it and blessed him for his battle.

That rings true to my ears, and for a long time I was indeed completely unaware of the evil I had embraced and the damage I was doing to my soul. And it was was in fact when ol’ red legs made a sudden leap in his pursuit that I caught wind of his ways and turned to Christ. Glory to God.

Thank you for confirming everything I suspected about this world. Jesus said that we have to guard our hearts, the more we give ourselves over to the world the more our hearts will orientate in that direction and when that happens we've given ourselves over to the devils dominion. But the more we detach from the world, the more we gravitate towards God, the more freedom we can enjoy. To be free from the kingdom of darkness is to not allow any created thing to take the place of God in our hearts.
And the older we get, we see how deceptive and pointless following the world is. It's constantly changing and swinging back and forth. There is no stability in this world. We must stand on the Rock, which is Messiah Jesus.
I’ve always technically been a Christian, but I never truly discovered respect and love for Christ until I got into working out. I started weight lifting, and my life started getting better, and I believe that was God sending me good things because I was doing good things to my body. It is scary for the young who grow up with double standards of calling ourselves Christians while the examples they see are more in step to live for and like the world. I pray constantly that many may have the discernment between the two, and purpose willfully in their hearts to live for God's Kingdom and shun the devil's! ☦ God bless you.

This teaching is a great way to start the day.
Thank you for confirming everything I suspected about this world. Jesus said that we have to guard our hearts, the more we give ourselves over to the world the more our hearts will orientate in that direction and when that happens we've given ourselves over to the devils dominion. But the more we detach from the world, the more we gravitate towards God, the more freedom we can enjoy. To be free from the kingdom of darkness is to not allow any created thing to take the place of God in our hearts.
The amount of conviction that I am given from this is simultaneously amazing and scary
And the older we get, we see how deceptive and pointless following the world is. It's constantly changing and swinging back and forth. There is no stability in this world. We must stand on the Rock, which is Messiah Jesus.
I’ve always technically been a Christian, but I never truly discovered respect and love for Christ until I got into working out. I started weight lifting, and my life started getting better, and I believe that was God sending me good things because I was doing good things to my body. Now I’m a martial artist, and every time I pray or watch one of these videos, my fights and training goes better. God bless you all as He’s blessed me
