    & that's why I always say, ... riding horses is sooooo good for you ! ❤...Deep diaphragmic breathing is KEY to NOT getting a ' stitch' in your side,& keeping you & your Equine relaxed, focused & ' connected " throughout your training session 😊

    I have a long ongoing hip problem and started to feel belly cramping, recently stubled over your work and that belly block is magic ! bringing a more deeper fascia release, its quite something but it works !!

    Deanna, I’m so grateful to you for this work, and I regularly tell as many people as I can, about your life saving work. ❤
    This is so interesting for me personally because I feel this pulse quite strongly. I’m a size 6 but I have a lot of cellulite and I always have. It’s so refreshing to understand its connection to adhesions, I’ll continue to work on this. I bought your starter pack but haven’t had the discipline (I’m very busy) to actually do it. 😬😅
    Along with castor oil packs about 3 times a week (I wear it at night) and sleeping in the floor (like the Japanese do) and though I am almost 62, the last 6 months has been like a rebirth. I’m sooo grateful to you

      Thank you for the kind words. Sometimes the first step is the hardest to take. Start by listening to the 7 education videos, then begin the actual classes. The more you know before you start, the better it is for you!

    Morning
    I came across your station and block therapy a few days ago… all new to me. I’ve listened to many videos and am excited to learn more. I bought your “sampler” program yesterday but cannot access the videos ( they all have a lock symbol on them) ! Can you direct me on how to fix this problem?? I’m anxious to get started TY ❤

    Thanks Deanna for explaining this issue while performing the belly button block therapy. Could you please also address whether this exercise is safe for those who have had a hernia surgery in the past?

    • @Fluidisometrics

      Hi there! Since we are in full control when working on the block (or towel), this position is safe for those who have had hernia surgery in the past. We have a wonderful facebook group where you can reach out with questions, or read what others are saying. It's a very supportive group. If you would like to join, here is the link:

    What does it mean having a pulse. All my life I have the pulse above the belly buton. Does it mean bad posture?
    I always thought it is the Sympathetic nerve.

    • @Fluidisometrics
      @Fluidisometrics  3 місяці тому +1

      Hi there! The pulse is the flow of blood as it leaves your heart. In today's world as most of us sit in front of computers, it is highly likely that you are compressed in this area. Blocking and proper posture will help put the space back into the area.

  • @LeanneMorgan-t7p

    So, I shouldn't stay in position if I feel that pulse?

    • @Fluidisometrics
      @Fluidisometrics  3 місяці тому +2

      Hi there! You may stay in that position as long as you are breathing in a relaxed way. It is normal to feel the pulse. However, if your breath reacts negatively, as in you start holding your breath, then lessen the intensity, or come out of position early.

    What if you don't feel a pulse while lying on the towel.

    • @Fluidisometrics
      @Fluidisometrics  3 місяці тому

      Hi there! That's ok. You may not feel it. As you work the area it may become noticeable, but don't worry if you don't fee it.

      Thank you! Another question. I have degenerative disc disorder of my spine: L3 to S1 and also cervical. Will block therapy help?

    Love your work . Question: Does standing on a vibration plate help with fascia release?

    • @Fluidisometrics
      @Fluidisometrics  3 місяці тому +3

      Vibration plates stimulate muscles and activate blood flow, thus they definitely affect our fascia. They also aid in lymph movement. Many people swear by them. A vibration plate would be a great compliment to Block Therapy.

    Literally went to the Dr about this and they couldn't figure out why. They said it was normal for skinny people 🫠
