Wow my mind is blown… Dr. yonit I’m just now realizing after 16 years married that my relationship is not emotionally safe for me and my body keeps reacting but I have 3 beautiful teens that I love with all my heart and soul and don’t dare to disrupt this life we have created for them. I always said I wanted to break generational trama and keep the family together..but I’m self sacrificing myself for this and I feel so stuck now i understand why I continue with symptoms.. 💔
When I have to rest. I make sure my rest space is a welcome spot for my daughter who is a teen. I find we can do crossword puzzles togethor as I rest and share a good conversation. Getting creative and being present for her is been positive for us. Also finding easy meals to make for us rather than feeling guilty for what I cannot cook. Acceptance of what I can do being good enough for both of us to keep positive going.
The shame and guilt are so real. I’m missing so many important things for my daughter. It’s been 15 months. ☹️ I was diagnosed with PPPD, but I also have MS. I’m not sure if the MS is causing the PPPD. Do you still thinks it’s a neural circuit issue? I know MS affects the nervous system. Not sure if the methods you discuss are still applicable to me.
I wish I could give you a definitive answer. MS is a complex, multi-layered condition that may or may not explain some of your symptoms. That said, dizziness is ALWAYS biopsychosocial. Stress reduction, emotional regulation, well-being etc always affect dizziness symptoms. Sometimes those things are the actual cause of symptoms and sometimes not, but working on those things always helps.
@@TheSteadyCoach thank you for the reply ❤ The dizziness actually started after a Covid-19 infection that really messed me up. I’ve been told my dizziness is because of Long Covid, POTS and now PPPD. I’m sure the labels are meaningless.. the real issue is that I have been “stuck” in fight or flight. Thank you for this video. 🫶
I will watch this video over and over! I carry so much guilt and shame because of this at times. I was an athlete and my kids are and I have missed 3.5 years of fun times with them. Can this include heart palpitations? When I stand I have the palpitations and head pressure and dizziness but I was not positive for POTs and I don’t pass out.
My kids and grandchildren are all grown, but this was very helpful. I have 5 dogs, chickens, and a husband 😅 I almost skipped this video because it was for parents. 😂❤ You deserve a Nobel Peace Prize for your amazing work!

Hello, I’ve been feeling PPPD in last moth and half, I’ve started my therapy with SSRI 2 weeks ago sometimes it’s soo bad and sometimes it istn. Can you give me some advice please 🙏. I’m 20 years old could I make a full progress and fully recover from this??
I am so sorry you are going through this. As you will see from the success stories, there is hope and people do fully recover. Please consider taking my free course if you haven't already. My techniques and recommendations are condensed within this course and it is completely free thesteadycoach.com/free-course
I been having vertigo since may of last year it's all day 24/7 after taking this pill flucanozole, in that situation, would you say that's neural circuit dizziness? there's weeks were I barely feel it then weeks were it's sooo bad but it never fully goes away, what exactly should I do. I've done mri and blood test everything is fine. The only thing left to do is vng test which I'm scared it'll make it very bad
What starts the symptoms can be pretty much anything. What keeps them going is a neural circuit problem unless tissue damage/disease explain why they've kept going.

What did you do to recover? Did you take any meds?

Thank you so much for this video and your chanel. Thanks to you I'm on a good way on my recovery road from PPPD that I got after giving birth.
This video describes how I am feeling exactly as of May. Luckily your videos and course has helped me tremendously. Thanks so much🎉🎉
Awesome video! Parenting can be so hard with nothing but the plain old challenges of getting the weeks to run smoothly. Great advice!
Your videos have actually helped me being able to go to my sons very loud wrestling tournaments and basketball. 😊 somatic tracking
Yeahhhh!!!! Somatic tracking for the win and I’m so happy you’re back at those tournaments!

Loved this. Thank you so much ❤
You're very welcome!
I was so lucky to have a stay at home wife to take care of me and my kids when I got labs
It is so overwhelming at those times. I’m glad you had that support system.
I would love to have more brain exercises
