Thank you Liv, I found no one doing yoga the way you would. Please believe even more that your is Unique and RELIEVING PAIN, IT DOES. You are a HEALER. Stay blessing us.
This is FANTASTIC!!!! After wrist injury and surgery I now need to properly warm up and strengthen my wrists. This is the perfect routine. Thank you so much!
Thank you so much! I've ignored pain in my wrists while standings in downward dog for such a long time. These exercises help a lot! My wrists are significantly stronger, so I feel less pain and have more stable asanas.
Thank you so much, I'm recovering from carpal tunnel and this is a great warm up before doing pushups Edit: I've been doing this 2 times for a week straight, and when my wrist acts up it passes by faster and isn't painful anymore
Perfect to help with my tight wrist on the right hand, not sure if it is beginning carpal tunnel or just soreness from something else, this helped and i will try to do these wrist exercises several times a week 🤛🏾💜
This is super practical, simple, and SO helpful! Thank you so much for teaching us this! Dog snoozing on the couch in the background was great moral support. ❤
This is really good, I keep getting pain and clicking in my L wrist. I had some exercises from a physio but didn’t really help. This I can feel straight away helping . Thank you 🙂
Thanks so much for sharing Liv! I’m a huge fan of yours ❤️ love the way you explain everything in such detail and you’re always smiling!! You’re such a bright soul ✨✨
Hi, this is a fabulous warm-up for guitar players like me and you might garner more views with creating a title with ‘yoga stretches for guitar players’ … you are a Treasure and a gift for my last day of 2022! And now for my entire year going forward into 2023! Thank You, David ❤
I have very weak wrists, so thanks for this. I'm going to start doing this regularly and see if it helps :) I couldn't do the twist your elbows bit at all though, so will have to skip those two moves :)
100% had to move as close as i could to my body doing these exercises. Every so often my left wrist loses strength and the pain is soketimes too much. Its been a few minutes since i did these and my wrists are still burning haha. I will deffinitely keep doing this wrist exercise. The hardest ones are the palm up exercises.
Wow. First time I’ve done anything like that and I can totally feel how this will help me in yoga, in the garden, and protect my wrists during my desk job typing away all day. However, I’m not sure I’ll be able to wash my hair in a few minutes. 😂
Me, looking for absolute beginner’s yoga training that’s not intense: Ooh, this looks good My wrists afterward: it’ll be gentle, she said. It wouldn’t burn, she said
Is this beginner level? I am 17 and live with my single mom. Never done yoga before but due to recent Epileptic seizures I have struggled to pick up my books and coffee cup so am doing research into wrist strength.
Just found this video! Adding to my morning practice! Can’t let my arthritis stop me from maintaining by lifelong yoga practice! Thank-you!
Don't forget to eat sourcrout.
Natural one. DIY
I'm a pianist and I can tell you all pianists would greatly benefit from this.... I'm also recovering from RSI and CTS and this is very helpful.
I'm a pianist too, and my first thought trying these was "thank God I play the piano, this must be horrible for " normal " people!" 😂
I'm new to playing piano, so I want to add this IMMEDIATELY !😁

Thank you so much for this short sequence! I'm doing it before my everyday workouts and I can perform planks and downward dogs longer and better.
This is what I needed! Thanks ever so much

Great set. Some parts of my wrists were bit stiff. Definitely put into my routine. 😊

Awesome! Thank you!
That was great....do you have any for ankle strength?
No I’m afraid not! I have an ankle mobility tutorial on my IG though - instagram.com/p/CJq2CwcjAea/?igshid=1qc0e288dhi3p

The lady with beautiful ideas.
Should I do this everyday or every other day
This is just what I need. I’m nowhere near able to put my hands down flat though.

Thankyou Liv this gave me relief from my tennis elbow’s too 🤗
I needed this one. I already do finger stretches for guitar, but my wrists ligaments are too stiff.

I would say it is beginner level. Give it a try, and just do as much as you can.
Nice to see you have more and more subscribers. 👍
You are so sweet, lovely video. Greetings from Argentina!
Can I do it everyday?
Thank you for sharing. Have sore wrists from holding phone for long periods. Have trouble holding planks, etc.
I struggle with the wrist pain and i always wonder whether im doing everything ok.
Is it normal that I found this difficult, especially for my right wrist? Placing the hands with palms facing up was the most difficult.
