June of 1963 in Calgary , we got a blizzard about 10 inches wet and sloppy. But in Banff it was powder for the ski folks. Being from Oklahoma I was amazed of smow in June and I never saw 10" in Oklahoma
Easy car to work on but then they are quite common here, fiat generally used the same parts on different generation's so it makes finding bits easier. 😁👍🇮🇪
Went to replace a front brake caliper on my brother's Panda, and they had more different calipers than you could shake a stick at. The water pump went on my Tempra round the corner from a discount Fiat part stockist. They kept something like 5 different water pumps for the 1600cc engine, but there were either 8 or 13 different pumps. The discount place signed off an exchange deal with a local Fiat dealer, and I still got a big discount on Fiat prices. I couldn't believe the different number of parts for the same vehicle.
@COIcultist wow, I'm surprised, I did the water pump on my cinquecento and there were only 2 types, one with 17 teeth and one with 20..... you can guess how many I bought before I got the right one 🙄 Guess it depended who was supplying fiat with parts at the time of production 😒
@@terryatkinson3182 I think they took tenders for parts quite frequently, but whoever makes it, I would have thought they were to the same design. You have me with teeth on a water pump. Trying to think of one I've seen that wasn't belt driven?
Panda is designed as a car that anyone can service at home. A relatively simple car. FIRE engines are cheap to maintain and very durable.
Always awesome to see a 4x4 Panda getting new parts.
Very cool car !!!!! I wish they sold them in USA !!!!

I was worried the engine would need work. Nice catch! Happy Panda.
Gotta love the lil Panda!
Panda FTW.
Panda 🇮🇹💪
those front struts are just like the old VW Rabbit struts
FIAT - Fix It Again Tony....!

Interesting fact the fire engine is a none interference engine so if the time belt brakes the tappets won't hit the pistons
A 4x4 Panda in Portland?? Get out!! I gotta ask…. is it for sale? 😅
Those blocky, lego Pandas can now be imported because they are over 25 years old. So is the Fiat Punto GT mk1, a small city chaser.

Hi it is definitely running rough could be a coil pack or spark plugs
Did you find an oil leak, Mark?
Is that a 1,3 Fire engine?
