I wonder if you could design a vehicle with tuned ports to the outside which would turn the cabin into the front chamber of a 4th order bandpass, then run sealed boxes at the tuning of the port and bam! A 1 note wonder dB machine....

177.6Db, Ouch that's going to be way too much for me and I think it's going to kill me, I am scared to try it. 165DB in that Kicker Q Class L7 subwoofer array van is damn loud enough to cause a tap out. I am happy with it being just loud enough to provide an eardrum massage. I had a nice eardrum massage therapy in a silverado with 2 Kicker L7 15s in a blow through ported box tuned to 32ish hertz though on full tilt.

Old Armored Wells Fargo truck or A WWII Tank the perfect SPL vehicle . No box just make a steel enclosure like this guys tubes. Likely they are 1/2 " thick or more. Less flex transfers more kinetic energy to shoot that SPL thru the roof.

Yes you can but not sure why you'd choose an evil. Is it for cinema audio or for partys? If for cinemas i'd get something with a higher fidelity like Focal subwoofers. Also you'd never be able to fully power it with your standard 15amp house breaker. Even the 20amp wall sockets in the kitchen would fall short.

Well. If nothing is absorbing the sound. It should be that hard to achieve 180.5. You can see how the inside of the vehicle is only made of non-absorbing surfaces. That and then proper cabinet-loading should do the job.

I am also running an airbag system on a 91 S-10 the battery and alternator are new but they are definitely not high output or high performance and have absolutely no problems with my electrical and I am getting true power to all 3 Amps

@StayClassy. Back in the day we drove the vehicles for days to get to the events. Sometimes we blew the transmissions from the extra weight. You had to play commercially available music and the mic was 26 inches from the seat. Also the SPL meter was a bit tougher than what it is now.

@StayClassy. Back in the day we drove the vehicles for days to get to the events. Sometimes we blew the transmissions from the extra weight. You had to play commercially available music and the mic was 26 inches from the seat. Also the SPL meter was a bit tougher than what it is now.
