That second floor would be an awesome sewing studio, or art studio and gallery. The third floor I would turn into a library. Line in with shelves, and add a couple of reading lights and comfy chairs.
Too bad this house was not set up better. The 2nd and 3rd floors are basically worthless. This model would not have convinced me to buy. Thank you for sharing 😊

This is a GREAT ESTATE!!!! Sooooooo SAD no one has lived in it!!!! WHAT A WASTE!!!! LOVE the Kitchen with the Wine Rack on the Side of the Counter. The Paint Colors are LOVELY!!!! I don't think I've ever seen Crown Molding and Border together. Kindof ODD!!!! And yeah, that Ship is SOMETHING!!!! I would think it would be VERY EXPENSIVE to purchase!!!! Thanks Urbex and Company. ALWAYS a PLEASURE!!!!

I live in a 800 sq ft house and I mostly only use my computer room ... I would not even know what to do with a house that size. Some one should move in and pretend they own it and just start living there ... fix the roof.

I really didn't like the lay out of this house, too much wasted space and the rooms didn't look very functional, it did however have some really nice features and I liked the kitchen which must have been hi-spec then.

I would put a small comfy couch on that top level to sit and read, there is lots of light!

You need to check where your camera is pointed to, we had shot of the chair seat and not the mirror
