It can be devastating. I spend a lot of life trying to control it, along with anxiety...it was impossible to out think it. I had to learn to let go slowly of OCD symptoms. Meditation, like from that book called 30 Days to Stop Obsessing by Harper Daniels was helpful.

I have ocd of not being recovered from my Anxiety Issues because I Devoloped phobia that I'll never be cure due to my past trauma in teenage Rumination I'm 90% recovered from my GAD but my ocd part says there's no cure there's nothing u can do...this thought bothers me alot and I stop my Eefforts towards my complete healing while I'm doing Great still it feels so real that I'm in thst mental jail I practiced mindfulness for hours and that's amazingly working but how to stop my mental Compulsions to believing that I'm healed and can start my work life!?

It’s okay. I suffer the same thing. Im not medicated & untreated.
Try to not take yourself so seriously or your condition. Remeber you are still you.
Use the benefit’s of this condition. Don’t look at it like an illness but a unique condition. OCD has its benefits as well. Detailed Memory, we are able to recall things very particularly. We also can obsess and focus on a particular skill to the point of perfection. Be creative, don’t let this condition be an illness. Try art, and don’t doubt yourself. Just think - all you need is just a little confidence to achieve whatever it is that you desire.

Yes, nutritional deficiencies, particularly in vitamins like B12 and D, as well as minerals like magnesium and zinc, can contribute to OCD symptoms. A balanced diet rich in these nutrients can support mental health. If you're concerned, consider consulting a healthcare professional or a dietitian for advice.
