I subscribed today and been watching your videos for hours! I love your travel vlogs. You’re so calm and the videos are aesthetically pleasing! You’re inspiring me to cook Korean dishes too! So thank you for sharing your experiences with us, I know it’s much work behind the scenes! 💕
Im addicted to your vids. As a korean, at first i thought u were simply one of those ppl who feign interest in korea just becuz its trending but the more i look into u i can tell u genuinely love and respect our culture. Sending big love from korea❤
The beansprout you’re eating is the kind I like! In Korea we have ‘콩나물’(kongnamul) which has the yellow crunchy beans attached. I think that’s what you were talking about. The one you ate in this video is called ‘숙주나물’(sookjunamul) and they are mung bean sprouts. I prefer the mungbean sprouts because i personally don’t like the crunch of the yellow beans.
And Logan the way you made the sukju namul is the correct way to make it because usually the crunchy type bean sprouts are mixed with gochugaru rather than soy/fish sauce
Oh my god, thank you so, so much for this! I used to live in Korea and couldn't figure out why sometimes I liked bean sprouts and sometimes I didn't. Now I can shop for the ones I prefer!
I only wrap my pork belly or kbbq in perilla leaves and thinly sliced pickled Korean radish YASSSSSS! I've also never met anyone who loves and eats naengmyun as much as me! Ha haven't met you but it's so fun to watch you enjoy it as much as I do!! Have you ever tried replacing pork with duck? They should have it at the Kmart that's already cooked and sliced. It's a game changer and the fat is better for ya 😉 Love from Cali 💜💜💜
I know Italian and German cuisine and am thrilled by the variety you show here. 90% of the ingredients used are unknown to me. It would be a great help if you gave more details about the individual ingredients. Keep it up, a very exciting story. Best regards from southern Germany☺️💪🏻👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🎄🎄🎄
The food looks so good and the different combinations makes it more delicious. I absolutely love mapo tofu. I want to try to the steam egg in this video. I've been wanting to cook more, but just can't get motivated to cook. Any tips?
your videos are so nice, it gets me in a mood to cook everytime, today I made kimchi jeon for the first time, I really want to try making kbbq at home one day!!
love loveeee loveeeee your videos, always lights up my feed seeing a new vid from you. was wondering if you could please provide the ingredients you use and buy for the cold noodles pretty please??! im in sydney australia, i have so many korean stores around me & i have been on the look out for all of your ingredients to replicate your version! these wholesome videos and your taste in food give me life, thank you for sharing and being here xxxx
hey girl, all you need is the pkg of noods. All of the ingredients you need are included in the bag w/the noods. just put some cuke, sesame seeds and maybe a soft boiled on top and your good to go (although sweet Logan didn't do that in this vid, he usually adds those toppings to his bowl of nangmyeon).
I tried steamed eggs with microwaves for 6 min and it really works well... milk instead water made it taste and look better.. I enjoyed your cooking very much and it is really inspiring and looks super yummy
I like jin ramyun too!😍I did not know tofu has to be boiled cause I never boil tofu for mapa tofu.🤗 kong namul: bean sprout, suk joo na mul: mungbean sprout 😎 you can add chopped green onions in steamed egg.
Maybe this might help? I used to work @ a korean restaurant before :- ) plus im korean. 숙주나물 (mung bean sprouts) vs 콩나물 (soy bean sprouts). I think u might need the mung bean sprouts(?) !! ❤
I need all of this food to go straight into my belly. 😍😍 you’ve made me want to try Korean food, I’ve only had kbbq, but I want to have those cold noodles
That looked soooooo good! I want those radish sheets lol. Now I’ll know what to get at the asian grocery store in my city cus it’s always rly overwhelming trying to choose new things when idk wtf I’m doing 😅😭
I've always been fond of Ottawa. It's nice to know that there is a Korean grocery store there now :). How do you find the meat cooks differently on a cast iron vs a K bbq grill (bought one recently, but have yet to use).
Man, I really enjoy watching your videos. It doesn't have all that annoying music and talk that accompanie s other videos. Let me make a bold prediction. Ten years from now I see you opening a Korean restaurant in the States and becoming an instantaneous hit.
