And?? A lot of families especially white people aren't open to trying different cusines. It's not basic respect it's just being scared of change. Basic respect is when you try the food and decide to say it's not your type instead of saying it tastes disgusting.@@raissaji1340

The thing I like about Logan is that he has so much respect for Asian cuisines. He also has been interested in it and making recipes from Asia for his whole life. So he is very rare on social media since right now a lot of UA-camrs are just making Korean food for clout since a lot of it is trending. You know that with Logan he actually likes the food he’s making and has liked it for a large part of his life.

I agree. Even a couple years ago, asian food wasn't that popular and even made fun of. But now that it's trending, I see so many UA-camrs and influencers eating these foods. Lol the people that used to make fun of these foods are now "hyping" them up cuz it's trendy and quirky. But I don't really get that vibe from Logan which I appreciate

yay!!! get cracking!!! I will have to search that! I am just making traditional whole leave kimchi, green onion kimchi and daikon radish kimchi using my last (huge ) batch of kimchi that I ate all the Napa from! adding some fermented tiny shrimp and canned pears to get them motivated! Your family must be so happy you are the resident chef!
