- I couldn't find a good guide for this method so I decided to make one. The entire method is explained in depth in the video.

Dont waste 300k on the dungeon in garden, go to quest room and make the spiral stairs and go down to creat a dungeon, way cheaper

For anyone still stuck on this. I haven't mastered it myself, but have found that u need the 2nd door (empty inv) built before demon butler arrives. This should consistently trap him (at least it does for me) :). If too slow he spawn in main room often times, hope this helps anyone.

Thanks alot! I managed to also move the screen so that I dont even need to move mouse at all! But this video taught me the basic idea and also I didnt even know about the money bag and ringing bell lol.

Some things I noticed myself:
I let him get 26 planks, saves some money.
I removed the door before he came over, just so that he can be in the south more often.
Him being in the south means that you don't have to move your mouse, easier on the hand imo.
Just leftclick/rightclick with 1 held down.
If using the 26 planks method instead of 20, you'll have to talk to him once if he's trying to overstock you, but I didn't mind that.
Doesn't sound too bad. It all depends on how you value time/money. I'm not 100% sure how much your method would affect xp/h. But lets say (just as an example) you get 450k/h instead of 500k/h. That would cost you about two hours to 99. Two hours with a good money making method could be roughly 6m profit. But now we are really nitpicking. It's important to enjoy the process as well!
RsEvse Yeah I agree. I liked the easiness over the increased XP/hour, and saving a bit of money with little cost is always nice.
Hey very nice method, easy, cheap and efficient. Thanks for sharing. I found a slightly cheaper way to do this method. Since butler charges 10k for every 8 trips you can ask him to bring 25 planks instead, you need to have 25 free inv spaces (other spaces are saw, hammer, noted planks). The actions are almost identical: remove, build, remove, build (at this point you have 5 planks in invo), get 20 planks from butler, remove, build, (now you have 15 planks in invo) talk to butler twice (first to get the missing 5 planks and 2nd to ask for another 25 planks), remove, build, remove, build, ask for 25 planks, repeat everything. It is easier to do than to explain.
You don't need to spend the 350k for the dungeon entrance - you can build the stairs going down in a skill hall and it's the same thing.
I did that except I built a quest hall room instead. The problem now is that I can't trap the demon butler. He doesn't want to go through the invisible entrance.

I’m having a really hard time getting my camera at the right angle. What reference points can I use to set it correctly?
I don't have any specific tricks for it. I guess you could try to mimic what you see in this video.

How come u can zoom in way further than i can? I'm using runelite aswell.
search up "zoom" in the runelite plugins, turn on the one called Camera, and then check off the one in the settings of it that says something like "expand inner zoom"

There's an even better method; if you turn your camera to the left so that you're over the butlers left shoulder. You can zoom in and never have to move your mouse as well.

How is he clicking on the build the door icon if i never saw his mouse move up and to the left where that option is? Is he using mouse keys? Or a script?
It's in the same location if you follow the steps in this video. You don't have to move the mouse. I'm not using mouse keys or any kind of scripts.
@@RsEvse but after you click on "build" at the bottom i never see the mouse go all the way to the top left to click on the "oak larder" option
@@One_Shot21 Ooh, sorry I misunderstood you. Just press 1 on the keyboard. The keyboard can be used as shortcuts for things like this in OSRS. For example when chatting with NPCs, or in this case, construction.
I can't get my character to zoom in that much. I use OSB and I have it in re-sizable mode
I found the solution, go to osb settings > zoom settings > remove zoom cap.

I've got 360k/hr. 500k seems unreachable due to the waiting time for him.
Are you using the demon butler? If you do it perfectly with the demon butler you do get over 500k. Construction is linear and there is no RNG to it at all. So you can always get 500k.

how do you make your inventory and chat so big
Chat and inventory is the standard size. I've just zoomed in far. Can be done with runelite or osbuddy clients for example.
I recommend disabling game sounds... it was throwing me off

I just find something small yet heavy and lay it on the keyboard. If not small and heavy, put something small, like a dice on the key. And then something bigger on top of it to hold it down.

Whats the point of trapping the butler if youre still going to move your mouse? Atleast set things up so you never have to move it.

Doesn't work on official client. Can't zoom in far enough
Okay so it kinda does work. Using the north doors, turn the camera so the N/E point of the compass is at the top and zoom in all the way. Hold down the scroll wheel and move your mouse so the very bottom corner of the door is a bit above the bottom of the screen. Call the butler, Build the two doors, the butler will spawn once you build the second door. The door will be blocking your view of the butler but that's when you remove the door, send the butler away then repeat

My acc is 9 yo and u need to check what is legal and what is not, runelite was accepted by jagex This new is 1 year old lol
@@manelzerah I've seen countless people saying they've been banned for no reason other than using third-party clients. With the state of Jagex's customer support I'm not risking anything. I can't still do this method perfectly fine with the official client so no need to anyway.

Its better with the human servant for some reason the demon servant appears too fast for me, causing him to spawn before i can build the second door, by doing this, you get a measly 81k/hr
on runelite and you can't zoom in that far, not sure if its been patched or what

It cost me around 100m. With today's price on Oak planks it would cost 115-120m. (13m xp)

I am having that problem as well. I built a quest hall room and built stairs to get to the dungeon that I also built (instead of spending 300k on a marble block).

That feature might be a client thing then. I was using osbuddy for this video. Runelite can zoom far in too and is free.
@@RsEvse is there any particular trick having the mouse already hovered at the function (example build and remove) I am trying setup a screen marker but when i right click my mouse is at the choose option label and i have to do a mouse down for build and remove which is even more annoying as it have other options such as pick lock open force etc
@@darkpaladin. Its been a while since I did this. But I think you just need to have your mouse pointer closer to the bottom of your client. I'd just try further and further down til I find the sweetspot. Good luck!
