Bruh this is one of my favorite runs of all time ! Donny Cates absolutely killed it ! I got both books because I love art & I’m greedy, but I also love the world Donny & Ryan has built for Venom. Bro your channel has become one of my favorites, ima huge fan haha.
Same here man, I think they really knocked it out the park during this run. Reading it cover to cover feels like a film and barely has any breaks when it comes to the over arching story. And thank you! I appreciate that a lot man! a lot of hard work but also ALOT of learning has been put into this channel and I want to keep getting better hopefully for you and everyone else that enjoys my content! The comic knowledge has always been there but I want to always make sure I can entertain you guys more then anything. I really really appreciate the comment and kind words as always!

I got to get that cates venom omni. The king in black needs a recall if you ask me and needs to be remapped. But the content of the book is right on. Great content brother.
I read Venom and loved it so much. I heard mixed things about King In Black but had too get it regardless for the tie ins cause it was such a cool event!

Yes and no. Yes because it is the start of a new run and new runs are always typically the best jumping on point for a title and Donny Cates does a pretty good job reach into the lore of venom and explaining the events that don’t happen in the omnibus. But the reason I say no is mainly because Donny Cates really reaches into the lore and history of the character of Eddy Brock and the symbiote and even though he explains it, it’s can be a lot. So really it’s more where you wanna start as a reader and what your comfortable starting with. Personally I say go for it because it’s a amazing run and breathes a lot of fresh air into the character.
