Ash, elm, poplar, birch, maple, ... all good ... but without nails, spikes, wire, cable, and any other metal objects in the trees !
Unfortunately, we very rarely come across them without nails🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@BelkoWood WTF ... do we have to take away all nails, spikes etc ... or hammers and sledge hammers from people ... or is this just tree-haters stabbing trees ? This makes no sense, unless one is just putting up a clothes drying line, and that only needs an "O" ring wood screw to put into the tree. Or are these the earliest of tree-huggers, being brutal by putting nails and spikes into trees (against timbermen) in the 1900s-1950s ???? !!! And such tree-huggers putting in spikes - are being insane and harming the trees that they are said to be saving !
HAPPY NEW YEAR Belko wood team!! I like oak because it reminds me of cutting, splitting and stacking wood in Northern Wisconsin!! Guys its really great to see you still grinding it out and working hard! Stay safe, warm and healthy and here's to another successful year of Belko wood!💪💪💪💪
Happy New Year, David. Our friend is thousands of kilometers away. Every comment you make adds motivation to us. Thank you for being there✌✌✌
Saya selalu penasaran dengan proses penggergajian anda boss. Keren boss

All of it was some beautiful wood, hard to choose which one.great video, great photography, great job.keep on doing what your doing.👍👍👍😎😎😎
The choice is really difficult. There are no comrades for the taste and color🤣😍
Beautiful!! I wouldn’t turn any of down but I think the oak was my favorite of the 3. All were beautiful!
I live in a region in Southern Michigan where many homes that were constructed during the mid 1800’s were built using black walnut as framing material. The abundance of black walnut trees in this area was favored because, removing this tree would allow for farming.
Black Walnut is always a good choice. I just pulled and cut a BW and am processing the root ball/base with crazy grain pattern.
Black walnut is an amazing tree. Unfortunately, we have very little of it and it doesn’t grow in large sizes💪💪💪💪
My favorite is the one that has the most character in the wood at the time
Our favorite is elm. It has the most expressive texture. BUT this is just our opinion
For sure oak wood!!!!!🥰
300+ year old oak savaged from old barns is my favourite. The older, the better.
Elm wood is my favorit wood.
💪💪💪💪
Definitely Ash.
Keep up the good work Gentlemen.

Good morning and happy new year, I live in Italy, unfortunately those wonderful woods that you work with are not available here, I like them all, but what fascinates me most is oak, where can you buy those wonderful tables that you produce?
On to the next video
Highly gorgeous patterns and colors in the wood
The smell of freshly sawed wood is akin to no other and always feels of earth in fresh rain
Memories and families always have a nostalgic claim on wooden furniture
The only thing better than the smell of wood is the smell of the woman you love🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Mantap kali racipan singso nya👍👍👍
Umea demasiado... 😂😂😂

Walnut and bald cypress are my favorite, and not jist because of the appearance, but also the incredible smell in the shop when I'm using it.
I like oak and ash I unfortunately have never worked with elm. I'm in the states and ash is rare in Michigan in lucky to have gotten some and its been so beautiful to work with
Come visit us in Belarus. 😉 We have enough ash
@@BelkoWood I wish I could travel, I would love to visit your country it looks amazing
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
I love on a farmstead in rural northern California. I have access to oak and I think it's either elm or ash... or maybe it's alder? I am not sure.
80 to 100 years to grow and cut and felled in a day or two. For every tree taken at least 3 should be planted. A true woodworker cares about the the trees and the conservation of the land. There
are other lives that depend on the trees and life
the land provides besides man’s selfish exploitation for his wonderment.
Spalding Maple is my current favorite. My father built an armoire for me and my sisters before he passed away😢. Would you agree that it has a very unique pattern?
I completely agree with you💪💪💪
4:12 This one!
All the best boys enjoyed the video Take Care Cheers. B. K
🤣🤣🤣
What is your saw CC displacement?
Beautiful wood grain in those slabs. I filled cracks and knot holes with table top epoxy for cabinets.
6.4 kilowatts. We have a lot of people working with epoxy resin. It's worth it
I have to make one of those mills! I made a band sawmill and made a bunch of red oak lumber. Loaned the mill to my brother in AR and haven’t seen it since. Here in EC Mn red oak is most common. Our ash is odd, I think southern ash is better for woodworking. We have some birch. No elm.
We have enough elm and ash. And they grow to very impressive sizes. Freshly sawn ash looks very beautiful, although it later loses color
I’m working with quite a bit of olive wood but love walnut and anything where the grain pops after the finish is on
We would love to work with walnut, but we have very little of it. This is very beautiful wood
@@BelkoWood the same in my country…. I’m not so far away from you, just a bit more west
All beautiful but I just think elm has the edge....
Ash!
Mi favorito es Roble... ❤
💪💪💪👍👍👍👍
Belko wood!
Oak is my go to. You can tell they don’t have clean exhaust system.

Grandious😊🥰
How long to dry an average slab?
We don't do this. Therefore we find it difficult to answer
Have you cut Osage Orange? It is the hardest wood I have ever cut.
The sawdust comes off as fine as flour.

Carvalho. Sem corpos estranhos.
Ash is gone from most of the US. Green beetles killed them.
Well, we seem to be growing normally so far.

Is two Cain of Elm American Elm and Chinese Elm. You need to name wat Cain of trees you are cutting.for example here in my country United State of America we have more 300 Cain's of oak and Ash.im certified arborist I be doing and climbing trees for more 30 years. Do you know wat Cain of tree my ex-firts president George Washington plant? Do you know wat city was?ok He plant Red Oak in the Library George Washington in Germantown Philadelphia. And I was the one and very proud to take down that Red oak because the Source was destroyed the foundation from the Library, it took me one day with the Crane the tree bar was 12 feet around 120' up.
