This extensive project spanned over several months, involving a dedicated team of four artisans. The property, covering more than 270 m² across four floors, presented unique challenges.
Noteworthy project details include:
Restoration of three staircases comprising a total of 74 treads and rises.
Approximately 70 hours dedicated to essential repairs before the full restoration process. began.

The entire project was accomplished within a seven-week timeframe.
This project proved to be exceptionally demanding due to the initial condition of the floors.
