Yes - as long as you set things up as I described with send return in the right place. It’s a good idea to write the patch or patches you use with 4c and name them accordingly.
The simplest way is just to route the GT’s output to your amp’s fx return. Then you are just using the power amp section of your amp. With the 4 cable method you can just move the GT’s amp model into loop which would do the same thing
@@NorthernProductions886 Don’t have a video on that as such but if you follow the 4 cable set up you don’t need to change any cables to use the GT preamps - you just move them in the GT100 to after the S/R
Thank you. Clearest description yet. Thanks also for the lack of "how ye doing/hanging", "deep dive" etc.
Or - what’s up! lol. Cheers 👍🏻
Thanks, ive just changed to using the 4 cable method. Found your vid very helpful....

Awesome! give us so much reassurance! in the process of getting the GT100 as my KORG AX3000G wasn't quite working with the 4 cable method.
Glad to help - have mine set up this way permanently 👍🏻
Great vid, thanks for the help brotha!
@@christianhaines4338 Cheers - glad it helped you!
Can existing user patches be used as long as you turn off amps in gt-100?
