2 men under arrest for fatally shooting Camay Mitchell De Silva at Delaware State University

Dover Police announced Monday that two men, a 20 and 18-year-old, were arrested in connection with the shooting death of 18-year-old Camay Mitchell De Silva on Delaware State University's campus last month. Neither suspect is a student at DSU or affiliated with the university. CBS News Philadelphia's Nikki DeMentri reports.
