Carlo was train’d as a cook/chef in Italy so would it be possible for him to write a cookbook in English (with a little linguistic help from Sarah) of say 150 ‘real, authentic’ Southern Italian/Sicilian’ dishes with lots of footnotes about what NOT to do !!!
- So 2015 they literally met after always spending summer at her italians grandparents place in Italy; she was in a bad relationship. He was life guard at the beach, thought she's “Wow“
- 2018 she acknowledged him, they talked with her father as translater and the spark flew over after goodbye hug
- 2019 they kind of started dating and talking with Google translater
- 2020 January he went to the States, started Social Media on LDR
- same year they checked where to meet up, so it was Dublin and he proposed.
- 2021 they married, he went to English School while she did nursing school...and he did too, until they saw UA-cam was a real job and they could work together as Business partners and travel the world.

I completely stand with Carlo on starting a family. You need to have the basic essentials (shelter, food, etc.) and be comfortable before committing to becoming a parent. One simply does not "try their hand at parenting," so one must be as ready as possible even though one may not have control over every single factor.
Yeah you must be mentally ready more than financially but ideally both.

Throwing spaghetti at the wall is from the movie “The Big Chill” which is an EXCELLENT “friends” movie from the 80’s that has an all-star cast, a great soundtrack, and a great script with a rollercoaster of emotions! I always wanted to grow up and have friends like that and have a blast cooking together and supporting each other thru life and death! It’s definitely worth the watch but has a dark side, along with the fun - five star, two tissue film! ❤

Fact about an Irish sport called hurling it’s actually the first version of ice hockey. When Irish people emigrated to Canada it was too cold and icy to play hurling so they played it on the ice. Ik y’all like hockey so figured it would be interesting for yous.
