I just wanted to say thank-you to Josh for opening up a little about your anxiety/panic disorder. Mental health is not commonly talked about, and for you to open up about it for the whole world to hear, was very brave of you! I also struggle with anxiety, so thank you again for sharing!
I also have social anxiety, many opportunities that I miss because of this anxiety and right now I'm at a stage where I'm confused about what work to do to continue living that makes me comfortable and safe

I love video podcasts! I enjoyed watching this episode. :D Looking forward to the next one. Maybe share your experiences with mental health as I remember that you, Abby, talked a bit about alcohol and body image and Josh with the panic disorder. Abby you mentioned speech impediment. I think it is more common that we think. I had to have speech therapy when I was younger. Maybe you could talk about your speech impediment and how it affected you when you were little and how it still affects you today. It could make people more accepting about it because of awareness. I also definitely would be interested to hear more about you both navigating on TikTok - any positive and negative experiences.
