Another laptop with the highest end Ryzen chip in a dated design. Yeah the Alpha 17 is now in a more premium chassis, but still an outdated chassis with a 16x9 display. I haven't seen yet a 7945hx in a newly-designed laptop chassis with a 16:10 display. Why? I'm guessing AMD's supply will be so low that these OEMs figure the best way to sell our dated design is to put the best chip in that dated design knowing a few people will still buy the outdated design for the new chip alone. If that chip was in the higher end, new designs I'm guessing it would sell out to quick?
They have made something called the stealth 15, which uses a similar chassis, but it only goes up to the 4060. It's kind of a cheaper version of the old GS66.
