There is a combination of a tremendous amount of skill, careful planning and lots and lots of quicksaves. The landing at KSP is a matter of tweaking the reentry periapsis. What most impressed me is the simultaneous suicide burns on the mun. I'd like to see the outtakes on that!
It takes about a day to go from the Mun to Kerbin, so if you time your ejection burn from the Mun when the KSC is on the opposite side of Kerbin, you should get pretty close. You can narrow it down with quicksaving and trial and error to find the right timing and periapsis height.
You can tell by the lower rate of cinematic shots, that these three guys really kept him busy! Hazardish might be the most efficient flight computer, by the way ;)
Tobias Steiner Maybe he is efficient flight computer but that is probably most inefficient way to do this.I mean you can always launch one bigger rocket and fly it by one finger.
sergey Not inefficient. Yes, Hazardish is overcomplicating this task and doing it the hardest way possible, but that is what grew his channel and makes his fans watch every single one of his videos ;)

Ryan M. I can't even get to Duna or minmus no matter what I do I am just a noob at what I do I have 1k hours in TF2 and still play like a noob, I have over 200 hours in KSP and still can't get to minmus
@Buruki Kerman he does not, as you can see in the video the rockets are always kind of out of sync, also he switches between the rockets to try to keep them in sync as best as he could, clearly not burntogether.
I like what you did with the flag placing. Love your camera work and music taste. Opened up a whole new genre for me. And content is amazing love to just sit back and relax at how much I suck at this game lol
That is just amazing! Considering I can’t get to bloody minmus without something exploding. I can’t imagine how difficult this is. Props to you as always! Love it!
This actually taught me quite a lot about orbital mechanics that I knew, but never actually have had the chance to see. There are a few shots where different accelerations are very apparent, and during reentry I realized you could probably have moved the pods closer together by angling them against the airstream

Dude... DUDE... I can't believe I didn't know about your channel. I just saw the 3 part ship video (and subscribed because of it) and now this. Mind blown!
matt is a dude who does some ambitious missions and gets lots of views but smaller youtubers like stratzenblitz and hazardish make even more ambitious missions but get sooooo much less views. It drives me crazy to think about it
Nicely performed! But imagine you'd quatruple the amount of ships (theoretically), you would get an invasion-party with disco lights and all. Or the fanciest Mun runway.
Plot twist: Valentina was the one providing the external camera views, making it 4 at the same time... Seriously, awesome job. I can't wrap my head around it. You and Stratzenblitz and Cupcake are the 3 UA-camrs I just can't get enough of. I wish we could clone you guys, because that would mean more KSP videos lol
When I saw the title I thought "Oh another one of those burn together showcase, cool" but then when I saw you switching between those rockets I was like "WOT?! U srs m8?"
Social distancing

bro got pinneed 3 years after the vid was uploaded

The most impressive juggling act I've seen.
Cody'sLab this man is a legend. Just like you, but a different kind of legend. :)
That really says something when it comes from a person who refined uranium at home
Great to see a remarkable pillar of the community here.
Omg it's Cody approved!
Cody'sLab right?! Thats amazing! Love your content btw. Great work keep it up man.
Jesus. The KSP UA-camrs trying to outdo each other all the time is great to watch.
Competition creates the very best.
Stratzenblitz is by far the best of them all
@@beefstew6512 They are all great. Without any one of them, the competition will not exist and they will stop making videos.
Your clones are very impressive, you must be very proud.
lol
*Sees that he's landing at KSC* You've got to be kidding me...
Honestly I should just stop expecting any other ending to these videos. If he makes the return trip, he's landing at KSC!
i once managed to land a rocket and spaceplane at KSC. i overshot it but i added some G's to it so i could land as fast as possible
I'm sure that didn't take an insane amount of F9s... I do salute the effort, though. :)

Everything is always better with synthwave.
No arguing with that one!

Wow... Love it. 😀
Hi Marcus house love your videos
Thank you Hazard, very cool.

It's been a while since I've been blown away by a KSP video, but this... holy crap.
0:20 - "This time there is no way he lands at the KSC"
9:15 - "F*** me"
Meanwhile I struggle to get into orbit without exploding
i feel you bro
Get MechJeb if it's way too difficult
L1GHT D3M0N nah I was just joking. Ive got like 800 hours on ksp. I’m pretty experienced

I am just a noob at what I do I have 1k hours in TF2 and still play like a noob, I have over 200 hours in KSP and still can't get to minmus
Same problem here. every time I hit spacebar...
Apparently this is easier than installing Burn Together
Accurate. Pretty accurate
He does it to show off his skill in full stock version
absolutely loved how the return launch from the mun's surface was carried out. incredible work!
Launching 3 ships simultaneously
"You are a bold one!"
Alright, now do a triple moon landing - three times!
Replay the video 3 times
This would stress me out! Excellent work, with the wonderful cinematography as always!
Bassoonify i believe he uses the BurnTogether mod. the other rockets copy his moves and thats what BurnTogether does to
@Buruki Kerman he does not, as you can see in the video the rockets are always kind of out of sync, also he switches between the rockets to try to keep them in sync as best as he could, clearly not burntogether.
This video deserves more views, because this is challenging as making 10 parts for Kerbol Marathon

Man with every video you make you prove that you are the best in KSP in terms of the originality, challenge, and the cinematic work.
Keep it up.
This is practice for the eventual Kerbal invasion of the Mun
That's what NASA needs. Space ballet.
Now do it using only srbs
You need a Korean Starcraft player to do this.
I think Matt Lowne did that
Atticus Wilk he means 3 landing at the same time using srbs
Everyone has already spoken about the difficulty of this. I personally love the cinematic shots and the music choice. A sublime video!
"another happy landing" this is why i watch your videos
That is extremely impressive!! I can’t imagine how much time it took you to make everything work. GREAT JOB!!!
I am so blown away right now, what an awesome project. And the synthwave just ties it together so beautifully!
You're insane. The best kind of insane.
I like what you did with the flag placing. Love your camera work and music taste. Opened up a whole new genre for me. And content is amazing love to just sit back and relax at how much I suck at this game lol
This would be one very questionable NASA mission...
Wow, looks just from a sci fi movie! Epic montage!
I think the most impressive part of this is no RCS
like
holy crap that would make keeping them closer together while thrusting easier
