Oh I loved this home. Wife and I are looking to get out of the midwest and retire. This is my ballpark. I would like to see pricing, maybe a google map view for location in regards to amenities, path to the gulf, neighborhood perspective.

Yes, just ask. The price changes all the time. This one for example was originally listed at 1,200,000 and it’s sold for 1,100,000. I usually also do not include the exact address of the properties. Of course I’m a real estate agent and I’m looking for clients so by not including those two factors I’m encouraging my audience to contact me personally for that information so that I can set them up on a local matrix portal and send them properties, make offers and of course represent them in any dealings. Are the windows hurricane storm impact windows? Does the home come storm hurricane shutters?. Is this a deed restricted community? Can the buyer put solar on the home?. And the price?

Whats the price on a home like this
It sold for 1.1 Million last year, would list for 1.4 M now.
To much, maybe 1 million homes are going down. The master Bedroom is small.
What is a pool cage?
Here in SW Florida we usually will put an aluminum screened structure around the pool to keep out flys and bugs, I called it a pool cage, some people even call them a bird cage 😉 but it really is called a lanai.
