It’s a nice home but very small spaces. Closets are way tooooo small. Builders need to realize that we need a lot of closet space. Kitchen needs more cabinets and pantry is so tiny. Best thing about this one is the backyard.

Home is small but beautiful. Coming from the north, this home has small closets and little storage for seasonal items. Backyard is stunning! Cape Coral is a lovely area too.🌸

Looks really good in the videos and pictures, but when we visited the model we realized a couple of things. First it's pretty small, feels tight when touring it. Second, the outside bar, which is what really attracted us, looks really cool, but is not very functional. As an example you can't see the TV from the lounge area or the lanai, only from the bar stools and the pool. From the lounge you're basically looking at the bathroom door and working portion of the bar. If this was on a waterfront lot you would have no view from there at all. Looks hip and trendy at first glance, but that whole area needs to be re-worked for better functionality.
Totally agree with everything you said. From the outside it looks like it's going to be a big home, but it feels small. There's no breakfast area and it just feels cramped. Beautiful modern design from the outside, great curb appeal but that's about it.
@@MrJrolon1975 This is not set up for a family. It's a vacation place & has a hotel feel. Gorgeous but I don't like the entrance opening up so close to the hub of the house, would need a foyer & second story would be great. I like the homes in vegas, now they are leading in home layout plans. Chuckitz Kriswalt does a great job at showing homes.

The exterior looks nice but when entering inside, first thing you see is a small area where the kitchen, living room, dining room are tightly incorporated together. That's really a turn off, a no no.

I have noticed some of them is mandatory for this beautiful house viz..
1. Sharp edges of the tables, table top desks to be chamfer.
2. Foot wear - where foot wears to remove and store for a while. Eg. Shoe racks. People were not always were shoes in the house. Once they come inside the house, they have to remove the foot wears, that will give positive vibrations inside the house. This will not occur in offices or public places.
I could not find shoe racks in any house. Why?

2. I don't see fences around those homes. Can you get them put up or are there some restrictions in Florida? It seems to be common there.

Nearly all newer Cape Coral houses are laid out that way. If you want a house with “personality” look in Fort Myers across the bridge. North Fort Myers River District also if you want an amazing location, but most people just demolish the existing and rebuild new in their own choice of style. Much more variety.

To much building going on and the cost of living is getting way out of control. Rent is just way to high. They should build affordable living but they are not. You could rent a whole house and its cheaper than what there building a 2 bedroom duplex for. Just greedy if u ask me.
I live in the river district of North Fort Myers. I tried two places in Cape Coral, but too many Trump signs on every street. I don’t want to live in a Trump Rally 24/7. Yuck.

I Noticed that it’s electric stove and do you have a heater system most runoff of gas??
Some people install a gas tank outside for stove ,oven and out door grill. For heating would be electric or small ceramic heaters in rooms. For instance this year we did not use no heat. Some years we may have a couple of days during winter that we take the ceramic heaters out.

There are other builders that offer you homes on their lots and also give you incentives if you financed with their lender. I wish I can move there I just can’t get over the eggy water smell when you shower in Cape Coral … I have family there so yeah the water smell sucks 🫤
Katherine the smelling water are only on some homes that are in well and septic. Some well water smell due to its well and well system. The good news is that more than have of Cape Coral are on city and water and sewer and there is no smell to that water.

Yeah first time I went to visit my my mother in law I was like something is wrong with the water lol but she also explained same as above about the well lol she is near a lot of canals makes sense….
