What a gorgeous sun room! With all that sunlight coming in, I'm surprised they didn't grow their weed right in there. Lol There was such a mish mash of things left behind.... Strange indeed. Thanks for sharing this interesting find with us! We always look forward to finding out where you're going to take us next! Keep up the great work Champ! 👍
I loved this house. It was a never ending explore of interesting rooms. That wicker chair, sitting in the shower with the hole in it, I’m pretty sure was a home made shower chair for an elderly person.
What a huge house! Those holes behind the fridge and into the laundry room were likely for the ease of repairing the fridge. Having access to the rear sure is much lighter than having to haul out a huge appliance.
That table is Post-Modern based on Karl Springer's design work [interesting they had several tables with that styling]. The plants could be drawing the moisture out of the air, which may be why you're not seeing water damage. Yeah, don't dig through that box you might grab some dirty undies lol. They left a lot of stuff, they must have been paid well. It's a garden tub. I like those tiles LOL. My mother had a fridge similar to that one. Always Christmas stuff! The Kenwood was mid to late 90's My mother had the armless version of those dinning chairs in the basement. Cool explore, keep orange crushing it, Greg!
Uncapped!! Very nice home (well some, not so nice😂). It really did have everything for that green thumb type of connoisseur😂(flowers, grow room, what more could you want?!) Bathrooms galore, including the portable potty/wicker chair that I wouldn't want to accidentally sit on, after a night out😮 I really loved the entertaining kitchen tho. I love when they're made to interact with guests, while doing your thing at the stove Nice yard too! Oh, if it's still there, can you please grab my ladder I'd accidentally left? That'd be great😂 This was a great find though! 👍 Great turnout tonight with such a great gang 😊 Keep on keepin on! You rock 🤘🦅
Awesome explore brother! Looks like a nice peaceful neighborhood. I like the table @6:49 . The French doors are cool, and I love the mirrored walls. That was probably my favorite part of the house. Keep the great videos coming!! You never disappoint.
It's a very nice house, larger appearing on the inside than out and I'm surprised not to see much of the "fake old" that an 80's home can have. Surprised the basement wasn't finished and really doesn't need to be. My best educated guess is they're moving out very slowly a good distance with a small vehicle and water the plants each time they return lol. Thanks for the tour Greg! Stayin Tuned! 👍🤠 🇺🇸 Notes: 1:41 The first tip that there's a lot left behind, I'd like to have that. 3:40 Near the door and ready to go. "Sony, the one and only." 15:11 I'll agree a dining room but it's missing the expected chandlier. 16:33 Is nice, not formerly a porch converted to one. 17:11 "Air Innovations" humidifier, I found a match on Amazon, $116.99. 24:38 Paused, zoomed and read. 30:44 Hopefully someone was temporarily disabled and didn't want to spend money on a regular potty chair. If not then... 32:07 Jimmy Hendrix, The Cry of Love. (Check reply for a link to a YT playlist) 34:44 Not big enough for distribution amounts so I'll say for personal consumption. Keep in mind they did have a lot of plants in the house so why not.
Hi Greg, this is actually a really big house. I have seen it before by another Explorer and I think this house was rented out to immigrants for them to leave all that stuff behind usually they can't take it with them so they just leave everything.. but thanks again for the exploration. I liked it just the same
Without heat, you would get condensation at least enough to keep some plants alive. I don't know where this house is but it is green outside so I assume there is a lot of humidity and plants can survive on humidity. My guess they went to jail and the family had to move on. My guess it cost too much to stay.
The chimney stack has seen better days, confused that you said the stairs by the front door went the the second floor, its the first floor, the front door is the ground floor. you could get 4 of my house in the back yard. sink by the fake window(not cool). half living room half greenhouse. what a big basement. nice house. great vid.
Hi,I love your channel and have watched for many months but unfortunately I cannot subscribe, I think its a UA-cam problem. IF I subscribe I get notified when a new video is posted but when I go to your channel I find I cannot watch it as its a premier or members only and have to wait days before I can watch, this is very irritating, I only want to be notified when I can watch it. So I have had to put your channel in my browser favourites so I can just check weekly to see if there is a video to watch. I have searched UA-cam to see if this can be changed without success. So very sorry at the moment I cannot subscribe, but rest assured your videos will continue to be watched, great channel.
Hey Matt! I remember when you started to watch. That's very weird that you have that issue, I wonder why that is?? Either way I appreciate you watching and commenting every week.

That house was larger than it looked. You did a great job highlighting the most interesting items. Thanks.🤍 👍

Maybe the person was old and couldn't stand long in the shower for some reason. So they sat down.
