Disturbing surprise found in used van purchase

I recently bought a full-size van that was previously owned by a large family. The door step wasn't clicking into place so I lifted it off to discover ALL THE STUFF they had dropped and lost... glasses, happy meal toys, a house key, SD memory card, bracelet, straws, candy, pens, pencils, etc.
