The pattern you start with the topic is awesome i.e., firstly u make us aware of the problem, and then u make us watch a full video for the solution FEEL.
Apart from everything, good or bad, praise or controversy, honestly this OS course is the best in the market. Everything needs time to understand and the more time we will give more learning we will get.
if a process can acess only range of addess which is allocated to it, then how a process acess register value from register addresss , it will not be mappped to any process ? any input please?
need help : in dynamic partitioning we have external fragmentation so in the example bhaiya says process of 5Mb and 3Mb completed after some time that why they cannot process 8mb process all though we have 8mb space my question what if os simultaneously free the 5 mb and 3 mb then this external fragmentation will occur ???
If any particular partition is completely vacant then will it come under internal fragmentation or external fragmentation or it won't come under any of the fragmentation?
You said OS resides in starting of RAM, isn't that wrong, RAM is volatile memory, toh power off karenge toh RAM ka data will be lost, toh OS hi udd jayega na?
Instead of storing base and offset, can't we store start and end from the physical address space this way we won't need virtual address. Then my quesion is why do we need virtual address space? why to have this overhead?
Video is excellent as always, but so many ads yrrrrr ---- I know its relevance, but as a reader, we r in a flow, it suddenly gets deceased. Cant do much than just expressing my concern.

awesome
Why offset is 16? If we considering number of addressed needed by process P1 then shouldn't it be 17(0-16) ?
Thanks for the video.
Very nice sir

Is there any merged notes pdf??
40:25 internal fragmentation

bhaiya aur kitne lectures bache h?
Good lecture boss
Can someone please tell how does Relocation Register gets its value? How does for each process it has a different base value?
Bro it is allocated by the operating system to each process .
Present bhaiya
do size of physical address space depends on the size of RAM?
yes, physical memory , what we were talking about was RAM only .
suna h is course me bhaiya ne disk management ke baare me nhi bataya
is it true, may be interviews me nhi puchhte honge
Completed on 5th Oct 2024

os load hota he ram pe,,koi bi program pehele load hota he ram pe then execute hota he

by doing so you are giving directly access of RAM , we just want no one should get directly access to it ,
All the notes and examples are similar to Gate Smashers(Varun Sir's Notes). Although Great for Placements . Thank you.
bro can you tell me which video or playlist should i follow for computer netwoks
