my opinion in this matter is, as long as the app/zip file/program software tries to access the root, i consider it a mod. although it is in app form and is easier than flashing it. but basically whatever you flash on your custom recovery are all apps or mostly apps in zip file format. im glad i have rooted my lgv20. all stock and debloated. it feels like a brand new phone always

jerry funny king i used kingroot 5 .0.901.No computer needed first time it won't root then you hit the retry button
Yes, you can use kingroot, but it does not cover all android devices... Like samsung s7 (Unless you haven't bothered updating it.) If using Kingroot, Kingoroot, or any other non-computer rooting apps don't work, then you need to use a computer (WINDOWS RECOMMENDED).
To do that, look up your phone model number (Found under about phone in settings) with how to root it. Try to find a link to the xda forums and follow their steps (They normally upload links on what you need to download on the forums they post).
GENERAL DOWNLOADS/PREREQUISITES TO ALL ANDROIDS:
First you need usb debugging and oem unlock turned on under developer options. To activate developer options, go to about phone and tap build number several times
Download prince comsey odin3
Download and install adb
Download and install usb drivers for your device
Download the Engineering file (May not be for all devices)
Download SuperSu rooter (Or any other superuser rooter)
How to root phone from here is where you need to look it up... Thats because this comment will be too long to fit in the entire instructions haha

Download Kingoroot or kingroot if not work install twrp flash and install magisk

Lol, it can be done in Fingerprint sensor Phones. If you touch your phone using fingerprint, it won't ring else it would ring loud because the person's touch isn't recognizable.

All good, but may I suggest you come up with, "how to root, how to load various OS's, what suits best for which phone, exploring new features on just rooted phone tutorials?" or such sort. You may start a series like that and that could be very intuitive for beginners like me. I've always wanted to root my secondary phone but never felt assured if it caters my needs to losing my device's warranty and if it's secure at all... Hearing good stuff about Lineage OS lately, maybe that's a good place to start with a random device after rooting. Also, I've been wary of screwing with my phone where it messes to an irreversible state, but after visiting and following your channel for months, I have enough faith to vouch that you wouldn't delude us (if screwed) after seeing your interactive videos. Anyway, keep up the good work.
