Thanks for watching! and check out the new 3D Channel: youtube.com/@Just_Print
Just got my p1p yesterday and i didnt encounter any of the problems you had, shows they worked on them and fixed them, you can also print from the phone app its more updated now i guess. Great video overall! Watched this before purchasing and watched it again after my first print!
I wanted to buy the p1p on the bambu site but it says pre sale and I’m a little scared😅 did you buy it on pre sale and received updates on the shipping?
That 3rd bolt was freaking me out… hahah😂 appreciated the very well detailed review. Thanks again…
Amazing video. Very educational. Mine arrives tomorrow - A Monday - and I've never been happier to have Covid so I can be home to play with it.
I've just entered the 3D print hobby/realm about a year a go and I truly appreciate methodical and precise detail regarding your assembly reviews. Thank-you. Much appreciated.
Silent mode reduces stepper motor noise… Decent noise reduction if you need it. The heat break fan needs to be on at all times when you heat it up to temperature because the heat break needs to be cooled so it’s just the nozzle and the obviously the heater thats hot. The part cooling fan needs to be on when printing materials such as PLA which requires LOTS of cooling to print well. The fans NEED to be on. Silent mode makes more of a difference on the fully enclosed Bambu Lab X1 Carbon. The enclosure cancels out a lot of the fan noise.
Came back to watch this vid after ordering my P1P. No lie this was the single best vid on the P1P i've ever seen. I'm gonna study this like an unboxing manual. Thankyou sir!
Literally the same. This guy is one of my favorite humans on this planet. He's great. Thanks Vlad - I appreciate the effort in making this video brother.
@@ShawnShaman No regrets either man. Best printer I've ever used or even seen. Hands down
I ordered a P1P (my 3rd Bambu machine) as a result of watching this very clear and helpful video.
I really liked your videos, they are very detailed and well prepared. You're one of my favorite subscriptions from now on!
Amazing B-roll like always. Keep up the awesome work!
Thanks to your review i just got my p1p today!
Wow man that B roll at the start of video! Mind blown!
Just got my P1P, thanks for you video!
Wow, Wam Bam you guys are amazing.
Thank you, this was very helpful as i just ordered my p1p this week. keep making the great content!
How do you like your P1P?
Wow… I was REALLY sweating you finding that third bolt. :)
Brilliant! Looking forward to the creality k1 review!
I like the review of the Bambu Lab P1p, Now i want to save to buy this 3d printer.
Judging by my experience and YT, Bambu needs to put a big sticker on that foam that says DO NOT REMOVE UNTIL AFTER SELF TEST!!!
The start of video was awesome and as always detailed of 3d printer very well explained
your clutch for the length of the video, shows everything.
Thanks for the review, very impressive printer.
Thanks excellent explanation!
Great review!! Thanks.
Ups ... A Music Video 🙂 Epic Intro ...
Thing moves like a spider. I love it.
Hi, maybe a solution for the TPU until Bambu Lab fixes their software could be to try Orca Slicer which is open source and improves on many things. Maybe it might do a better job.
bambu slicer is open source
@@jamesharris9894 Yes. And people have made improvements over it like adding organic supports etc...
Next > Creality K1 🤘
is the filament already included on the package?
For my taste, the amount of filament extruded at startup to clean the nozzle is a bit too much and wasteful. Is there any way to change this setting?
@justvlads Which mid range (£800 avg), core xy, enclosed printer do u recommend?
Dang. Talk about a free add.
does it still work? I just ordered one and it gets here before January 5 on the leadtime for mine just wondering if it’s a good printer and if yours still works
17:41 that part is for the AMS unit that enables the printer to use up to 4 colora
If I order P1P now, it will come with a camera? It's a good upgrade👍🏻👍🏻
12:52 Venting? Who vented?
Must have been a firmware update, temps are set automagically which caused a bit of confusion/fear/doubt.
Nice video :). Can i please have the stl for the Greek soldier bust?
Hi, thanks for this.
Would you say this is on par with AnkerMate M5 ? I’m new to this so can’t make up my mind… Also the Bambu P1S. thanks.
I promise it’s better than the ankermate m5 just look up the comparison and also this is extremely upgradable
If you send models by wi-fi from your computer, do you have to keep the computer on all the time the print is running? Or does the P1P have an internal memory? Running at top speed, the machine shakes so much, surely that has an effect on quality?
Once you send it to the printer its stored internally.
I have one and don’t see any weird lines or surface finish abnormalities because of that.
You don’t really notice any crazy differences due to print speed either on this or the X1C both are extremely solid printers.
I wonder if the printer shaking that much will affect your prints at all?
It doesnt
No it doesn’t
No
it does and dosen't it has calibration for vibrations but it slows itself down to compensate but u want stable so its faster but no real loss of quality
Just made it 2 minutes in and I feel like I just watched a trailer for the next lord of the rings movie.
P1S is comming now!
looking to pull the trigger on this, does this model (P1P) come with a camera? thats been a big part of deciding which one i'd like to get
yes, the current versions come with camera and LED built in.
@@HumbleSaltFarmer Yeah, but it only takes one frame shot every two seconds. Does give you the idea of what's going on but it's nothing like the X1C, which streams solid video.
Can we buy bambu lab p1p from amazon
What camera and lighting do you use?
Camera: geni.us/jaMpP
Lights: geni.us/SYx8
Tuneeeeeeeeeeeee!
feature for feature these printers are great bang for the buck. What I was somewhat disappointed about is the nonstandard hotend and nozzle. In as good as they may be, you're stuck with them (Bambu, haven't found any 3rd party that makes parts for this printer).
Its missing more than lidar, its a different Rockchip based board, no need for sdcard, it has more sensors for ai stuff etc.
Can you do a review on the elegoo Neptune 4 - 4 pro?
Yes, coming soon!
29:17 Commence pants pooping
thanks to this video i found out my printer came with a 3dlac bottle lmao
P1P or K1 ... What's everyone picking?
P1S. K1 Has a lot of fails atm
"This didn't take long at all"...WTF does that mean?! How long!!! That is what we are here for. How fast is it?
Dude. It literally has an auto load and unload function.
nobody realy didnt notice that thermistors are off by 12 degrees?
Turtle... someone didn't watch pokemons :D (to be true it look like turtle a little)
that noises is pretty horrible i cant imagine print during nigh in flat :-D there is just one chance bambu headphones :-D and AMS work with just specific spools so you cant use all spools for it what a shame.
youll have better results if your table was more stable.
Yeah that laggy video you were getting when viewing the camera either on the Handy app or in Studio was all your internet connection, I use this feature all the time and it is an instant update. No lag... unless I'm in a spotty area using my cell phone. Also, you just sort of breeze through the various screens without actually reading so you miss stuff. Come on man!
u have p1p or x1? cause p1p the 720 camera has .5 to 2 frames per second it lags even on super fast internet
Do you have p1p? Or x1
Not lag. It's a low frame camera.
@@cowdarYes, I have a X1C, I have no issues streaming the video feed either through my cellphone using 4G or in BS, on my desktop or laptop.
@@bonesupport267 That explains it the P1P does not have the same camera and is very laggy even on my fast WiFi.
cheaper and better than a prusa printer
@@JustVIad. fake account
But Prusa doesn’t require you to install an app to register. And certainly not having to register the hardware through said app.
Another fun fact is that the huge log files you send in, when things go wrong, are encrypted. In other words, you have NO CONTROL over what is sent.
All of it is designed to snif around in your cell phone and on your computer. Open the log files and prove me wrong.
It failed the self test because you hit the bottom of the bed with the Styrofoam. You needed the bed to rise further before pulling out.
god damn this thing is like 70db xD
easyer easyer ..a 7 year old could use that printer mate lol
looks like skeleton, but still looks better than any ender 3 😄
test failed successfully
You really needed to do some research on this printer before putting on a video. You did a lot of stuff that was not necessary. It has its own load and unload. You don't have to manually push the cut lever. It does it on its own. This one was a little painful to watch.
I know that part of the video was painfull but just stay calm. This is just a video about a 3D printer. So sit down and relax yourself with this video
@abgam3r589 I'm calm as can be little man. I'm just pointing out that you are going to make a video about a product that they send to you for free, I'm sure they would appreciate the person who knows the features about the printer and not make the printer look as it is the problem and not the user lack of knowledge. So, if you are going to comment about one's calmness, know I'm calm as a cucumber. People and their assumptions.
Relax little fella. It’s just a printer.
Agree., Pay no. Mind to the Smug pseudo intellectual Leftists shunning your valid opinion, They have been programmed to make excuses and carry the water for the inept..
…sigh.. Millennials are like that..A wasted generation thats so dumbed down that they actually subscribe to liberal Socialism(Reborn Nazis, exactly the same…But they refuse to acknowledge such simple truths..) Sadly, They really are just bad people..
So is a good printer? In your opinion? I'm looking for a 2nd printer, and this video happened to pop on my feed
What an appalling introduction! I gave up before the introduction ended!
I was going to buy a bamboo but the hotend maintenance and service has me holding out atm
I have x1 and I'm almost 2k hours on factory hotend I've only changed do lithophane with .2 nozzle literally took 5 min its 2 Allen screws and 3 wires
they also have aftermarket clones now where u can just change the nozzle not whole hotend seen people with cht nozzle at almost 50mm3 flow
@@jamesharris9894 yep this is spot on, the maintenance isn’t bad. Heck even disassembling the AMS is easy if you have one. Since getting my X1C months ago all my other printers just sit there unused. It’s hard to go back when it just works.
Daaang. I came for the printer, but stayed for the party.
