Hey am trying to load token to the cluo meter but it's not going through...how can you help me
Have you watched the video yet? Try using a different CIU from your Neighbour. Pair it and enter the Token. Make sure you're using the socket inside the house Meter is wired with and the socket is ON whether there is power or Not. Once you load your Meter with some Token Your CIU should now connect with MCU through PLC. In case your CIU does not connect and for your Neighbour's connected replace yours. If that doesn't work for both CIU`s Contact a qualified Electrician to use the MCB double pole in the utility meter box and repeat the procedure. If the problem persists Report the meter As Faulty to your nearest KPLC office for Replacement. For assistance watch the whole video ua-cam.com/video/gsNAaCb9t_U/v-deo.html or contact us.

What can be the cause of clou meter consuming token too fast
Get a qualified Electrician to check your Wiring. The neutral Link and Earth link should be Independent in the Consumer Box and entire circuits inside the house. All termination on the meter {MCU} shouldn't be loose. For assistance contact 0754879439

It`s for everyone installing and using the same model of energy prepaid meter worldwide. Purchasing of token procedures may differ from one region to another.

@@Sam1jere You're welcome. Well, the concept of troubleshooting both is the same although the use of Shortcodes differs apart from "Relay on after meter trip" which is shortcode 00. Checking meter Nos Clou is 07 while STM and Some Clou of the year 2020 are 04. The one in our video is the year 2020 however the short code for checking meter No is 07.
