Thank you for sharing your experience with us. You definitely know exactly how to make different shapes using distinctive techniques. These pieces turned out so beautiful. Thanks again. 💕💕💕
How lucky am I to have found such a talented artist and teacher?! I fail at almost all "art" and mediums but with your videos I believe I can successfully create a beautiful piece. Thank you so much!
Your teaching is much better than the live workshop on Alcohol inks I just took last week end. I did not like this medium at all after then workshop, but now you are opening a whole world to me...I will buy alcohol ink at once and try it out. Thank you.
Thank you so much for your kind words, and thank you for the fantastic recommendation! I will definitely give that a try. My desk looks a little like every painting I've ever done : )
❤ Thank you for sharing your techniques with me. It was easy to understand and watching you your techniques are very simple. I’ll be watching and see what else you come up with have a great day
Thank you so much for your amazing tutorials! I'm new to AI and found you through Instagram. I love that you go through the steps to create these effects. Thank you. I'm so inspired to keep creating!
i have been following you on instagram for over a year now (OG fan here lol!). thank you so much for the tutorials. i’m SO excited to learn from one of my favorite artists 💕
Thank you for sharing your beautiful technique!!! I just started so I'll know to be patient and practice. I love love love your art work! I'll probably watch this video many times before I can master it.
Hi great video ..... I have a heat gun but somebody said that is better to use a blow dryer because the heat gun will crack the paper, I am glad it does not happen.
Thanks for a wonderful lesson. I am being patient as you mention!! I will stick at it I hope, so please keep at your wonderful art work. Your background music is lovely. From Marlene in Australia
I really love all of your videos. Not only are you a talented artist with good taste but you have a natural gift for teaching! If you use other mediums, like paint, I’d love to see videos. Can’t wait to see more. 🤟🏻
Thank you sooo much for these explanations! I would love to see more videos like this one, or videos where you make paintings and explain what and why you do to get the effects that you do 😍 I love your instagram posts as well ❤️
Hi I am new to alcohol inks been doing Tumblers but found you and I would really give it a try We bought a new home and I would love to make my own home decor I’m trying find the Copic various inks but the say they have been discontinued any other sugestión? Thank you!!!! you are an Amazing artist and Teacher ♥️
Marissa, you are a wonderful teacher and artist! I'm trying your "wispy" technique and have a question... the point where I drip my ink to make the wisp ends up looking like a white circle in the ink. How can I correct that? Do I need to start in a spot with more ink or is there a pipette technique I'm missing. TIA for your help
Hello Marissa, yet another excellent tutorial. Bravo! I'm definitely going to give this a go. Please can you explain why a heat gun and not a hair drier? Also, is your heat gun set on low or high? I remember trying the wisp effect a while ago on tiles, and it was always hit n miss. Sometimes I'd end up with something stunning and other times the same technique was a disaster. So now I'm keen to give your technique a try. But scared to use the heat gun as its never been my friend, compared to my drier.
Back again Marissa. I've watched some of the new AI artists test new brands of paint and most of them don't seem to know how to use the products at all. Several were only using ink and no alcohol and then criticising the brands. We only had a couple of brands when I first started and now there are more. I was wondering if you had a preference. I'm mostly familiar with Tim Holtz and Copic's Various refills. But now there are the new Marabu, Brea Reese, and the Kielty brand out of Ireland. Each seem to have a different intentional use. Which brands work bes for the techniques you use?
Wow!! Beautiful effect.....I really must buy yupo paper and more inks. Can't shop because of lockdown will have to try Amazon I will have to get my husband to do the ordering......I can't work the computer lol well I am 74 . Have subscribed. Thank you for a very good informative video.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻😍😍❤️❤️💕💕🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
